2月3日,文化和旅游部召开电视电话会议,认真学习贯彻习近平总书记关于统筹推进新冠肺炎疫情防控和经济社会发展重要指示批示精神,落实就地过年工作部署,安排2021年春节全国文化和旅游假日市场工作。文化和旅游部党组书记、部长胡和平出席会议并讲话,党组成员、副部长杜江主持会议。

会议指出,全国文化和旅游系统要按照中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发的《关于做好人民群众就地过年服务保障工作的通知》要求,满足就地过年群众文化和旅游需求。要精准把握就地过年群众文化生活需求,创新文化和旅游产品和服务形式,丰富产品和服务内容,努力在推出针对性产品、提供高品质服务、创造更安全环境上下功夫,让就地过年成为群众的良好体验、美好享受。

会议强调,要毫不放松抓好春节期间疫情防控工作,切实担负起疫情防控责任,严格落实疫情防控要求,加大疫情防控宣传提示力度,同时要精准施策、防止层层加码和一刀切。要深入开展安全隐患排查整治工作,做好旅行社和在线旅游企业、重点场所和重要部位、节庆活动安全管理工作,做好火灾风险防控工作。要多措并举维护良好市场秩序,加大综合执法力度,保持消费维权渠道畅通,持续推进信用监管体系建设。
