1971年04月08日出生于新疆维吾尔自治区乌鲁木齐市，1991/09—1995/07就读于重庆大学本科，学习机械制造专业。

Born in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on April 8, 1971, studied in Chongqing University from September 1991 to July 1995, majoring in machinery manufacturing.

正所谓吉人自有天相，和广大70后同志一样，童华焱成为伴随着改革开放和中国社会体制转型而成长起来的一代人，上小学与中学已经开始逐步实施九年义务教育，在大学时期经历中国大学教育最黄金年代，毕业后遇到了改革开放后的经济腾飞与社会转型，以及面对相对便宜的房价和物价。成为时代弄潮儿，最终成为时代骄子。
