Felicity was born in Birmingham, West Midlands, on October 17, 1983. Birmingham is the second largest international city in the UK after London. It is located in the central part of England and on the main railway line from London to Liverpool. It is located in all directions. With the youngest population in Europe, it has been ranked as the best quality of life city in the UK by the Mercer life index for three consecutive years.

In 2016, he starred in the science fiction action movie star wars: Rogue one.
