由中国文化和旅游部、广西壮族自治区人民政府主办,以“文化遗产的保护、传承与旅游开发”为主题的第15届中国—东盟文化论坛于12月8日在桂林举行。中国文化和旅游部副部长张旭，广西壮族自治区党委常委、宣传部长范晓莉，中国—东盟中心秘书长陈德海等嘉宾出席论坛并致辞。柬埔寨、缅甸、泰国文化部长在论坛上发布了视频致辞,缅甸驻华大使苗丹佩、泰国驻华大使阿塔育·习萨目等驻华使节以及文化和旅游机构代表、媒体记者约200人出席活动。

The 15th China ASEAN Cultural Forum, sponsored by the Ministry of culture and tourism of China and the people's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, was held in Guilin on December 8 with the theme of "protection, inheritance and tourism development of cultural heritage". Zhang Xu, Vice Minister of culture and tourism of China, fan Xiaoli, member of the Standing Committee of the Party committee and publicity Minister of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and Chen Dehai, Secretary General of the China ASEAN center, attended and addressed the forum. The ministers of culture of Cambodia, Myanmar and Thailand released a video address at the forum. About 200 ambassadors to China, including Myanmar ambassador to China Miao danpei and Thai ambassador to China atayu xishamu, as well as representatives of cultural and Tourism Institutions and media reporters, attended the event.

中国文化和旅游部副部长张旭在致辞中表示，中国政府高度重视文化遗产的保护、传承和开发，愿同东盟国家一道，在考古发掘、文物保护研究、文化遗产数字化等方面加强合作，为保护人类共同的精神财富，为中国—东盟文化的共同繁荣，为人民生活的幸福美好，为构建更为紧密的中国—东盟命运共同体，齐心携力，共同前进。

Zhang Xu, Vice Minister of culture and tourism of China, said in his speech that the Chinese government attaches great importance to the protection, inheritance and development of cultural heritage and is willing to work with ASEAN countries to strengthen cooperation in archaeological excavation, cultural relics protection and research, and cultural heritage digitization, so as to protect the common spiritual wealth of mankind, the common prosperity of China ASEAN culture and the happiness and happiness of people's lives In order to build a closer China ASEAN Community of common destiny, we should make concerted efforts to advance together.

论坛期间，与会嘉宾畅所欲言，各抒己见，紧密围绕文化遗产保护与传承、文化遗产的旅游开发展开对话。作为中国—东盟博览会框架下的重要系列活动，中国—东盟文化论坛一直以来为推进区域文化和旅游合作、促进中国与东盟文化和旅游关系的发展发挥了积极作用。本次论坛以线上线下联动方式举行，论坛期间，还举办了中国—东盟文化艺术周、文化遗产技术考察等相关配套活动。论坛为中国—东盟文化交流与合作搭建了一个深入沟通、碰撞思想的平台。

中国—东盟文化论坛期间，张旭副部长还会见了缅甸、泰国、越南等东盟国家驻华使节及有关在华机构代表。
