12月7日至9日,由文化和旅游部资源开发司、四川省文化和旅游厅主办的全国文化和旅游创意产品开发推进活动暨四川省首届文创大会在成都举办。
From December 7 to 9, the national promotion of cultural and tourism creative products development and the first Sichuan Cultural and creative conference, sponsored by the Department of resource development of the Ministry of culture and tourism and the Department of culture and tourism of Sichuan Province, was held in Chengdu.
本次活动旨在统筹推动文创产品和旅游商品开发工作,搭建推介展示和沟通交流的平台,加强行业单位和市场机构交流合作。活动通过实物推介、现场路演等,将线下推介与线上推广结合。为期3天的活动中,来自全国各省区市以及故宫博物院、中国国家博物馆、国家图书馆、中国美术馆、恭王府博物馆等文博单位的1000多件(套)实体创意产品展现了中华文化精粹和文化创意的魅力,数十部旅游演艺节目以视频展播的形式在活动期间集中呈现。本次活动还注重虚拟仿生、体感互动等技术与文化创意的结合,为数字和实体文创产品设计、生产、销售等各环节赋能。其间,中国国家博物馆数字化展示平台和来自敦煌研究院、良渚遗址管理区管委会、湖南博物馆的数字创意产品亮相,这些产品运用虚拟现实、增强现实、高清数字、动作捕捉等技术,用数字形态生动呈现了实物文化内容。
The purpose of this activity is to coordinate and promote the development of cultural and creative products and tourism commodities, build a platform for promotion, display and communication, and strengthen the exchange and cooperation between industry units and market institutions. The activity combines offline promotion with online promotion through physical promotion and on-site roadshow. During the three-day event, more than 1000 pieces (sets) of entity creative products from various provinces, regions and cities, as well as cultural and Museum units such as the National Palace Museum, the National Museum of China, the National Library of China, the National Art Museum of China, and the Palace Museum of Prince Gong, etc., showed the essence of Chinese culture and the charm of cultural creativity. Dozens of tourism performance programs were presented in the form of video shows during the activity. This activity also pays attention to the combination of virtual bionics, somatosensory interaction and other technologies with cultural creativity, enabling the design, production and sales of digital and physical cultural and creative products. During the period, the digital display platform of National Museum of China and digital creative products from Dunhuang Research Institute, Liangzhu site management area management committee and Hunan Museum were unveiled. These products vividly present the real cultural content with digital form by using virtual reality, augmented reality, high-definition digital, motion capture and other technologies.
为畅通沟通交流渠道,更好服务行业和市场,此次活动发布了《全国文化和旅游创意产品开发信息名录》。据了解,下一步,文化和旅游部资源开发司将不断丰富完善名录信息,促进行业和市场间资源流动、产品流通、资金流转和人才合作,推动行业和市场发展。
In order to smooth communication channels and better serve the industry and market, the activity released the "national cultural and tourism creative product development information directory". It is understood that in the next step, the Resource Development Department of the Ministry of culture and tourism will continue to enrich and improve the directory information, promote the flow of resources, products, funds and talent cooperation between industries and markets, and promote the development of the industry and market.
活动期间,来自故宫博物院、京东集团、国瓷永丰源公司、腾讯公司、成都文旅集团等机构以及“创意下乡”工作试点贵州省黔东南州台江县的代表,围绕文化和旅游创意产品开发进行演讲,从不同角度分享经验。(白骅)
