12月1日上午9时，国家文物局、北京市人民政府在圆明园正觉寺举行“圆明园马首铜像划拨入藏仪式”，国家文物局正式将圆明园马首铜像划拨北京市海淀区圆明园管理处收藏，成为第一件回归圆明园的流失海外重要文物,“百年梦圆——圆明园马首铜像回归展”同期开展。国家文物局党组书记、局长刘玉珠，北京市委常委、宣传部长杜飞进出席划拨入藏仪式并讲话，信德集团主席何超琼女士视频致辞，海淀区委书记于军致辞。国家文物局副局长关强主持仪式。
