关陇是指关中一一陇西郡地域，是现在陕西潼关以西至甘肃陇中之间，主要指渭河流域文化区——关陇地区。

《笔砚昭文》歷時十三年，幾易其稿，全书十二萬字，在2010年成书。2015获国家版权证书。

"Biyan Zhaowen" lasted 13 years, several changes of its draft, the book 120000 words, completed in 2010. 2015 national copyright certificate.

全书共分三卷：

The book consists of three volumes

卷一，笔法与技法；

一立德，二积学，三练功，四习帖，五逆锋，六用气，七结构，八章法，九修练，十远游。

One is moral, two is learning, three is practicing, four is practicing calligraphy, five is against front, six is using Qi, seven is structure, eight is method, nine is practicing, ten is traveling.

凡立学成书者不可少此十大法门，凡研学立理者不可缺此十大法门 。

《笔砚昭文》将古法与新法合二为一。昭文在古人书法理论之外的新观点是:

一、汉字结构的“横竖成行，筋脉相连”理论化实践论。将千差万别的汉字在结构上用简捷的方法规律化。

二、力法(三十六帖首次公开)。

2、 Li Fa (36 posts were published for the first time).

力法的实践理论，及“人体中心论”。讲述人身磁场作用在笔画不同方位中的自然阻力与吸力的笔法法则。

The practical theory of force method and "human body centered theory". This paper describes the natural resistance and suction of human body magnetic field in different directions of strokes.

这两种观点是在古法之外的新发明观点，也是困挠中国古今书法学人进入书法门槛的两大书法难题。

These two viewpoints are not only new ideas but also two difficult problems for Chinese Calligraphers to enter the calligraphy threshold.

三、围络。围络是讲书法汉字边缘外围经络的事物场理论，可以用元子外围轨道不对形比喻，解决书法外围的结构稳定性与场息圓满性。该理论由于其书学专业的高端性而未公开。围络是书法高境理论，围络理论在实际中的应用，前贤大师很少有人涉及，更无理论观。

3、 Surrounding collaterals. Encircling collaterals is a theory of things field about the peripheral meridians of Chinese characters in calligraphy. It can be compared with the shape of Yuanzi's peripheral track to solve the structural stability and field completeness of calligraphy periphery. The theory is not published because of its high-end calligraphy major. WeiLuo is the theory of high realm of calligraphy. The application of WeiLuo theory in practice is seldom involved by the former masters, let alone the theory.

此外从道法层面对古人的笔法用太极弧法进行了微分法与积分法的明白解析，使古法中的“行笔”“使转”等难解笔法有了明白了然的描述，使书法学人可以对要害性笔法理性化的在实践中解决应用。

In addition, from the perspective of Daoism, the author makes a clear analysis of the differential method and integral method of the ancient calligraphy with the Taiji arc method, which makes the "Xingbi" and "Zhuzhuan" in ancient Chinese calligraphy have a clear description, so that calligraphers can rationally solve and apply the key strokes in practice.
