按昨天的计划,早上顶着中雨,我们驰上了京张高速公路,开车的是老板夫人马女士,我和老板坐在后边,天南地北地聊着。他说他有次梦到中国总设计师了,老人家问他做啥呢,他说卖水泥呢,老人家告诉他卖水泥也不挣钱呐,不如卖土豆呢。于是老板就让他给批几个火车皮要去东北倒腾克山土豆。

According to yesterday's plan, in the morning, in the middle rain, we drove on the Beijing Zhangjiakou expressway. The boss's wife, Ms. Ma, was driving. My boss and I sat in the back, chatting from place to place. He said that he once dreamt of the chief designer of China. The old man asked him what he was doing. He said that selling cement did not make money. It was better to sell potatoes. So the boss asked him to give him a few train skins to go to the northeast of China.

我们边说边笑,车子在雨中沿着高速公路奔驰着。马女士原来是北京公交集团的大巴司机,车子开得泼辣而又平稳。没等老板第二个梦讲完呢,车子已经驰上了易水河桥。

我们此次是准备来这里聘两位中国生态房网站的编辑的。本来在偌大的京城,用不很低的工资聘两个这样的编辑是象网虾一样的。从我在赶集网上发出招聘广告后,现在已收到近50条应聘简历了。是老板的老乡知道这个信息后,想着肥水不流外人田,让当地的人也挣点外快,才鼓动去他们那里找人的。

其实,我们网站用的人是能在新闻方面采编整合的,得有新闻眼光,还得会操作后台,有一定的把关能力。老板的老乡,原易水县环保局的局长带我们认识了县作家协会的主席和秘书长,并请来了几位本地的文人。从今天约来的人看,好象还不行,这样的人可能浪漫有余而务实不足。他们可能在一些地方刊物上发过些文学作品。诗歌散文之类,身边人一捧就以为是真作家了。
