平时在舞台上端庄的昆曲闺门旦,激情四射地劲歌热舞;一贯稳重的京剧老生,一边拉起小提琴一边还能玩上机械舞;史依弘、王佩瑜、黎安、谷好好等戏曲明星则是盛装走上红毯……这是前晚一个名为“第八届京昆跟我学时尚课堂颁奖大典”上的场景。当晚,在兰心大戏院的舞台上,除了有这些“老师们”让人意外的跨界表演,更有很多“零基础”学员煞有介事的戏曲节目。
经过四年的运作,上海京昆艺术中心的“京昆跟我学”活动已经累计招收了300多位学员,其中90%是从未接触过戏曲的年轻白领。这个针对青年观众的“京昆戏曲学习班”通过开班教戏等活动,打破了“圈内圈外”、“台上台下”的界限,让很多从来不接触戏曲的年轻人开始走进这一传统艺术。
从戏曲白丁变铁杆志愿者
当晚颁发的“京昆学员志愿者”和“元老级学员”的奖项特别引人注目。京昆中心事业推广部主任赵春燕介绍说,举办“京昆跟我学”四年来,最让他们感动的,就是这些志愿者们的热情。他们当中有很多人之前从来不看戏,但通过亲身学戏后,对京昆艺术产生了特别的感情,在很多演出和活动中,他们都参与从事推广。其中“元老级”学员陈宜甚至参加了四年8届的全部学习。而几乎所有学员毕业后,都带动了很多身边人对京昆艺术的关注。
四年前“京昆跟我学”的首届结业典礼,只有几十名学员,而四年后,这个活动已经扩大到16个班200多位学生,包括京剧旦角、老生、昆曲闺门旦、小生等不同行当。这些学员的年龄集中在25-35岁之间,其中有大学教师、公务员、外企白领、大学生乃至外籍人士,他们有的是出于对传统文化和戏曲的热爱,但大多都是抱着好奇的心理走进这个课堂的。
赵春燕说,大部分年轻人对于戏曲艺术都会有些排斥,他们就通过把活动策划得“现代些”来吸引年轻人体验传统艺术。在小班学习形式的“京昆跟我学时尚课堂”后,他们又推出了年轻戏曲偶像授课的“京昆明星公开课”,找来史依弘、王佩瑜这样的年轻演员讲戏聊天。并在高校、创意园区、艺术小剧场、逸夫舞台等场合举办,每场公开课都有600至900名的观众参与。不少年轻人通过喜欢上演员本人,开始走进剧场看戏。
普及之后用什么吸引学员
早报记者在采访中了解到,很多学员都对这个活动赞赏有加。他们中有人建言,现在包括古琴等的很多艺术都有面向大众的培训学校,除了京昆之外,很多传统戏曲剧种也可以借鉴这一活动,通过相似的方式推广普及,让戏曲和更多普通人的生活发生关系。
不过随着规模的扩大,“京昆跟我学”也开始面临一些新的问题。作为沪上唯一的专业院团演员教学的京昆课堂,“京昆跟我学”的老师都是专业演员,要坚持长期教学并非易事。而300多位学员的规模,相对于上海这样的城市人口,依然有些“小众”。有业内人士提出,如何让这个活动在扩大规模的同时,找到有效坚持的方式,是未来需要解决的难题。观众的培养,仅靠“学戏”显然不够,也需要“剧场欣赏”的体验方式。一个值得深思的问题摆在戏曲院团面前,当这些 “白丁”们开始了解了京昆艺术,从业者们又该用怎样的艺术和作品,让学员们真正热爱这一艺术?
