王祖贤（Joey Wong，1967年1月31日-），出生于中国台湾省台北市，毕业于国光剧艺实验学校，中国影视女演员、歌手。

1984年参演个人首部电影《今年的湖畔会很冷》，从而进入演艺圈。1987年因在爱情片《倩女幽魂》中饰演聂小倩一角而被观众所熟识，并凭借该片提名第7届香港电影金像奖最佳女主角。1989年出演剧情片《赌神》。1992年凭借主演的奇幻片《倩女幽魂Ⅲ：道道道》获得西班牙锡切斯奇幻电影节最佳女主角 。1993年在奇幻片《青蛇》中饰演白素贞。1994年逐渐淡出演艺圈 。1998年发行音乐专辑《与世隔绝》。2001年主演爱情片《游园惊梦》。2005年出演的剧情片《美丽上海》上映；同年宣布退出演艺圈。

1991年7月28日 经过这些日子美术和服装设计师不断修改，祖贤在《千》片中六种造型总算确定了，在中影片场是以片中鬼八仙的何仙姑造型登场，白玉珠帘半掩面，相当突出，王祖贤显得非常高兴，对自己的造型感到满意。 在台湾拍《千》片期间，王祖贤行颇为神秘。

1991年10月10日 拍完《千人斩》后，祖贤准备暂时脱离古装女鬼的行列，12月她将拍区丁平导演的时装戏，片中换男主角当鬼。目前心愿是往日本发展。最近祖贤好好做了一番省思：“拍了这麼多戏，现在希望对观众负责，只选素质高的电影拍。”祖贤表示另一个心愿便是出唱片。

1992年2月1日 与日本一家洗发精广告公司签约，成为该公司的形象模特儿。

8月23日，王祖贤正式回到香港。
