万芳（One Fang），本名林万芳，中国台湾流行乐女歌手、影视演员、节目主持人、电台DJ，毕业于中国文化大学。

1968年7月6日出生于台湾省，从小在眷村长大，她的父亲从小离家，自此父亲再也没见过自己的母亲。她从小就是左撇子，为了纠正，母亲和老师一直教育她要用右手写字。

Born in Taiwan Province on July 6, 1968, she grew up in a military dependents' village. Her father left home from childhood. Since then, his father has never seen his mother again. She was left-handed since childhood. In order to correct it, her mother and teachers have always taught her to write with her right hand.

万芳从小就很喜欢唱歌，小学和高中时期参加过合唱团，中学时参加过国乐班。万芳大学就读于中国文化大学，大一时在民歌餐厅驻唱。1988年，她参加了木船民歌比赛，获得优胜；之后，签约滚石唱片。

万芳的嗓子和外表不算出色，却是少有借助作品准确呈现气质的歌手。万芳从来不是那种技巧型的歌者，但却是最有自己“口气”的歌者之一。很多人把万芳的歌归为小众、小资，她歌中淡淡的忧伤、淡淡的快乐、淡淡的寂寞，那味道适合一个人时静静地听，也适合雨后没有艳阳的时候听 。
