谢季筠，国家一级美术师，中国书法家协会会员、创作委员会委员、书法培训中心教授，四川省政府文史研究馆馆员，四川省书法家协会创作评审委员会副主任，中共成都市委统战部蜀都书画院副院长，成都市政协书画研究院副院长，四川省诗书画院特约美术师、艺术委员会委员，成都画院画师，成都市书法家协会顾问，四川省诗词学会顾问，四川省对外交流特别指定书画家。第一批巴蜀画派影响力代表人物。

The first batch of influential representatives of Bashu painting school.

1943年3月生于四川雷波，祖籍四川隆昌石燕桥。幼承庭训，从父亲尊三先生学。弱冠后，从刘孟伉、罗祥止、丁鹤诸先生学。

Born in Leibo, Sichuan in March 1943, his ancestral home is shiyanqiao, Longchang, Sichuan. He learned from his father, Mr. zunsan. After the weak crown, he learned from Mr. Liu mengkang, Mr. Luo Xiangzhi and Mr. Ding he.

出版有专著《蜀派书法名家精品－－谢季筠卷》（天地出版社）、《谢季筠书法集》（四川人民出版社）、《中国当代翰墨名家研究－－谢季筠卷》（天津人民美术出版社）、《中国名家书法赏析－谢季筠书法艺术》（北京工艺美术出版社）、《谢季筠行草选集》（四川省出版集团、四川民族出版社）等。

He has published monographs such as excellent works of Shu School calligraphers - Xie Jiyun volume (Tiandi Publishing House), collection of Xie Jiyun calligraphy (Sichuan people's Publishing House), research on Chinese contemporary calligraphers - Xie Jiyun volume (Tianjin People's Art Publishing House), appreciation and analysis of Chinese famous calligraphers - Xie Jiyun calligraphy Art (Beijing Arts and crafts Publishing House) and collection of Xie Jiyun's walking in grass (Sichuan publishing group, Sichuan Nationalities Publishing House), etc.

作品入选第三届、第四届全国书法篆刻展和第一、二、三、五 国中青年书法家作品展、郑州“首届国际书法篆刻展”、北京91“首届国际书法邀请展”、94成都“国际书法精品邀请展”、天津2002“全国书法名家作品邀请展”等十多次国家级大展和多次“中日”、“中韩”等国际交流展。自1994年后，不再向国展和中青展投稿。

His works have been selected in the third and fourth national calligraphy and seal cutting exhibition, the first, second, third and fifth national young Calligraphers' works exhibition, the "first international calligraphy and seal cutting Exhibition" in Zhengzhou, the "first international calligraphy Invitation Exhibition" in Beijing 91, the "international calligraphy boutique Invitation Exhibition" in Chengdu 94, the "national calligraphy masters' works Invitation Exhibition" in Tianjin 2002 and many other national exhibitions and "China Japan" for many times "China South Korea" and other international exchange exhibitions. Since 1994, they have no longer contributed to the National Exhibition and the China Youth exhibition.

作品曾获文化部、中国书协、中国美协主办的全国地震书画展书法一等奖、四川省政府颁发的首届巴蜀文艺奖书法一等奖。

His works have won the first prize of calligraphy in the national earthquake calligraphy and painting exhibition sponsored by the Ministry of culture, China Calligraphy Association and China Artists Association, and the first prize of calligraphy in the first Bashu literature and Art Award issued by the Sichuan provincial government.

已发表书论、画论三十多篇。作品、传略、辞条入编《东方之子》《中国美术年鉴》《中国现代美术全集－书法卷3》等数十种大型典籍。

He has published more than 30 books on calligraphy and painting. His works, biographies and CI articles have been compiled into dozens of large-scale classics, such as the son of the East, the Yearbook of Chinese art, and the complete collection of modern Chinese art - calligraphy Volume 3.

1975年开始书法教学。1997年成立“谢季筠工作室”，培养书法创作研究生。已有十多学员加入中国书法家协会。获国家级大奖一人，省级大奖十多人次。

He began calligraphy teaching in 1975. In 1997, he established "Xie Jiyun studio" to train calligraphy creation postgraduates. More than ten students have joined the Chinese Calligrapher Association. One won a national award and more than ten won a provincial award.

2021年11月29日，谢季筠在世界文化艺术家排行榜《每日一星》评选活动中荣获第一名。

On November 29, 2021, Xie Jiyun won the first place in the selection of "one star of the day" in the list of world cultural artists.
