王景琪的摄影感悟：

Wang Jingqi's photographic perception:

王景琪1953年生人。文革时期下乡，后当兵，复原后进入北京市公安局交通管理局特勤处。从基层到机关，一直没离开交管部门。

Wang Jingqi was born in 1953. During the cultural revolution, he went to the countryside and became a soldier. After his recovery, he entered the special service office of the traffic administration bureau of Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau. From the grass-roots level to the organs, he has never left the traffic control department.

平时喜读书，写诗文，爱摄影，常旅游，对摄影有独到见解。

Usually like reading, writing poetry, love photography, often travel, and have unique opinions on photography.

多年工作养成的习惯，凡事注重细节，讲究抓拍新闻。

I have developed the habit of working for many years. I pay attention to details and capture news.

近些年他常常思索：我们的文化工作者在当前经济繁荣，信息泛滥，物欲横流，信仰迷失的时期，确有责任用我们手中的相机去记录生活，留住历史。

In recent years, he often thinks that our cultural workers do have the responsibility to use the camera in our hands to record life and retain history in the current period of economic prosperity, flood of information, cross flow of material desires and loss of faith.

王景琪认为：事件有大有小，新闻随时发生，只要我们随时留意观察，勤于动手去拍。没准哪天就能拍出有价值的好片，只要能做到长期积累，必然会偶然得之。

Wang Jingqi believes that events are big and small, and news happens at any time. As long as we pay attention to observation at any time and are diligent in shooting. Maybe you can make a valuable film one day. As long as you can accumulate it for a long time, you will get it by chance.

此次参加公安部发小采风团，一路拍摄不仅作品丰收，也交流学习了摄影技术。

This time, I participated in the small collection group of the Ministry of public security. I not only had a good harvest of works, but also exchanged and learned photography technology.
