菲律宾芭蕾舞二团，其英文名字与国家芭蕾舞团非常相近，并没有二团的字样，为了与国家芭蕾舞团区分，笔者加上了这个称号。芭蕾舞二团成立于1986年，在菲律宾国内革命结束后，游离于菲律宾国家芭蕾舞团之外的一些舞蹈家提议成立另一个国家级的芭蕾舞团，为不能加入菲律宾国家芭蕾舞团的艺术家提供一个展示、传播舞蹈艺术的舞台。目前，舞团的训练场地设在菲律宾国家电力公司的院内，该场地由国家电力公司无偿提供。舞团的芭蕾舞总指导是来自俄罗斯莫斯科芭蕾舞团的安东尼，舞团有一批极有天赋的优秀芭蕾舞演员，经过安东尼的悉心指导，芭蕾舞二团的表演更加注重对传统芭蕾舞艺术的演绎。芭蕾舞二团的经营团队有很强的企业财团筹资能力，菲律宾国内的生力集团，国家石油公司，新闻电视台，上好佳集团等大企业都是舞蹈团的赞助商。舞团在文化中心舞台有固定的演出季，同时也在菲律宾国内开展巡演。

UST交响乐团也称圣托马斯大学交响乐团，乐团设立在菲律宾圣托马斯大学内，乐团的成立可以追溯到1927年，其成员大部分是在校的学生，UST交响乐团是菲律宾国内优秀青年音乐家的摇篮，乐团中的很多乐手是菲律宾青年音乐大赛的优胜者。

最后一个驻场演出艺术团是罗门敖布桑民族歌舞团，这个歌舞团类似于国内的非物质文化遗产项目，表演艺术基于已故艺术家罗门敖布桑对菲律宾国内传统文化的研究和传承。该艺术团的场地就设在罗门敖布桑的家族住宅院内，艺术团的运作也是依靠家族传承的模式，目前艺术团的团长是敖布桑先生的妹妹。歌舞团的演员多是家族成员或兼职的乐手或舞者，由于政府支持较小同时演出受众较小，目前经营和运转都面临极大挑战。

笔者在菲律宾文化中心实习期间，参与了文化中心文化交流部的民间艺术交流项目，跟随文化交流部观摩了民间艺术演出团体赴八大雁和天使城的交流演出；到菲律宾国家戏剧院、菲律宾国家芭蕾舞团、菲律宾民族舞团、菲律宾芭蕾舞二团、罗门敖布桑民族歌舞团等文化中心驻场艺术团进行实地考察，与当地艺术家进行交流座谈；另外，还走访了PETA菲律宾表演艺术教育协会、菲律宾艺术高中和德拉萨比尼尔德艺术学院。

在此过程中深刻感受到，菲律宾文化中心文化交流部的座右铭——“艺术源于生活，生活就是艺术”，是菲律宾艺术发展现状的真实写照。菲律宾民间艺术活动非常丰富，各地都有多种多样的艺术节日，特别是菲律宾人民对音乐的热爱给人留下深刻印象，民族音乐、古典音乐、流行音乐……无处不在的旋律使音乐艺术已经深深融入了菲律宾民族的血液中。例如，PETA创作的舞台剧通过舞台剧的形式教育民众如何防灾减灾，应对灾难来临时的紧急情况，这种“寓教于艺”的形式获得了广泛的认可，并且为PETA赢得了年度麦格塞塞奖（Ramon Magsaysay Award）。

For example, the stage play created by PETA teaches the public how to prevent and reduce disasters and deal with emergencies when disasters come. This form of "teaching in art" has been widely recognized and won PETA the annual Ramon Magsaysay award.

同时也能看到，由于财政资金投入不足，菲律宾国内精品艺术的创作推广难度较大。艺术精品的创作需要编剧、导演、音乐、表演、舞美等多个环节都有较高的艺术水平和资金投入，由于菲律宾国内经济发展水平较低，除了菲律宾爱乐、国家芭蕾舞团、国家戏剧院等少数一流的院团具备上述条件，大部分艺术院团依靠兼职的艺术创作人员和微薄的经费投入很难创作出艺术精品。资金投入不足和艺术人才流失是菲律宾艺术院团普遍存在的现状和难题。

Due to the low level of domestic economic development in the Philippines, a few first-class troupes, such as Philharmonic, National Ballet and national theater, have the above conditions, Most of the art troupes rely on part-time art creators and meager funding, it is difficult to create fine art. The lack of capital investment and the loss of art talents are the common problems of Philippine art troupes.

此外，菲律宾的本土艺术受到宗教团体和西方文化的巨大冲击，虽然政府和当地艺术家努力宣传推广菲律宾民族艺术，但是本土民族文化艺术的影响力远远没有宗教团体和西方学院体系带来的西方文化的影响力大。以文化中心的驻场艺术团为例，菲律宾合唱团、菲律宾民族舞团、UST交响乐团都是设立在大学内的艺术院团，深受宗教社团和西方学院文化的影响。菲律宾的艺术教育体制也基本上采用西方的学院体系，大部分民众对罗门敖布桑等民族艺术家和民族艺术形式知之甚少。

当然，在文化中心交流学习的过程中，感受最深的还是菲律宾人民对艺术的热爱，以及艺术中的“真、善、美”对每个热爱文艺的菲律宾人产生的影响。无论是深夜忙碌在活动现场的文化中心工作人员还是艺术院校学习艺术的学生，他们的脸上总是洋溢着灿烂的笑容。艺术正在影响更多菲律宾人的生活，给他们带来享受艺术生活的满足和幸福。

Of course, in the process of exchange and learning in the cultural center, the deepest feeling is the Philippine people's love for art, and the influence of "truth, goodness and beauty" in art on every Filipino who loves literature and art.
