马惠民，著名评剧表演艺术家。现为中国戏剧家协会会员，中国戏曲表演协会会员。

Ma Huimin, a famous Pingju performing artist. Now he is a member of Chinese Dramatist Association and Chinese opera performance association.

马惠民，男，1953年9月生，汉族，浙江省杭州市人，中共党员，1972年进入黑龙江省评剧院。

Ma Huimin, male, born in September 1953, Han nationality, from Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He joined Heilongjiang Pingju theater in 1972.

1994年调入中国评剧院，著名评剧表演艺术家，国家一级演员，第十届中国戏剧梅花奖得主、黑龙江人民政府十大杰出青年，黑龙江省青联委员，中国戏剧家协会理事，享受国务院终身特殊津贴，中华民族文化促进会。

He was transferred to China Pingju theater in 1994. He is a famous Pingju performing artist, a national first-class actor, the winner of the 10th China Drama Plum Blossom award, one of the top ten outstanding young people of Heilongjiang People's government, member of Heilongjiang Youth Federation, director of China Dramatists Association, enjoying the lifelong special allowance of the State Council and the Chinese National Culture Promotion Association.

1972年考入黑龙江省评剧院、任领衔主演。

In 1972, he was admitted to Heilongjiang Pingju academy and acted as the leading actor.

1994年调入中国评剧院青年团,任领衔主演。

In 1994, he was transferred to the Youth League of China Pingju opera academy as the leading actor.

2006年调入北京戏曲艺术职业学院任艺术团团长，曾主演《金沙江畔》《血溅乌纱》《杨乃武与小白菜》《姑娘小伙正当年》《田嫂》《马寡妇开店》《桃花庵》《评剧皇后》《刘巧儿》《白蛇传》《夜半歌声《大山里》《刘伶醉酒》《狱卒平冤》《血溅乌纱》《刘巧新传》《大都往事》等优秀剧目。

In 2006, he was transferred to Beijing Vocational College of opera art as the head of the art troupe. He has starred in "Jinsha River", "blood splashing black gauze", "Yang Naiwu and cabbage", "young girl in the same year", "Tian Sao", "widow Ma's shop", "peach blossom nunnery", "Queen of Pingju", "Liu Qiaoer", "Legend of white snake", "singing in the middle of the night", "Dashanli", "Liu Ling drunk", "Gaoer Pingyuan", "blood splashing black gauze" and "Liu Ling" Qiao Xinzhuan, Dadu past and other excellent plays.

2000年在北京音乐厅成功举办《中国评剧交响乐》——马惠民专场音乐会。

In 2000, Ma Huimin's special concert "China Pingju Symphony" was successfully held in Beijing Concert Hall.

2004年在全国评剧艺术节《刘巧儿新传》中获“优秀表演奖”。

In 2004, he won the "excellent performance award" in the national Pingju Art Festival "new biography of Liu Qiaoer".

2006年荣获(澳门)第二届世界华人青少年艺术节戏曲专业“优秀教师”奖。

曾多次在全国获大奖，获第十届中国戏剧梅花奖。多次获黑龙江省人民政府、北京市人民政府和文化部的立功嘉奖，在多年的舞台艺术实践中，形成了自己独特的表演艺术风格,多次在各类艺术比赛中任评委。有较高的文化修养和艺术造诣，为戏剧事业辛勤耕耘36 年，为评剧事业做出突出的贡献，是一名“德艺双馨”的表演艺术家。

He has won many national awards and the 10th Chinese Drama Plum Blossom award. He has won many meritorious awards from Heilongjiang Provincial People's government, Beijing Municipal People's government and the Ministry of culture. In many years of stage art practice, he has formed his own unique performing art style and has been a judge in various art competitions for many times. With high cultural accomplishment and artistic attainments, he has worked hard for the drama cause for 36 years and made outstanding contributions to the Pingju cause. He is a "virtuous and artistic" performing artist.

马惠民主工小生，亦能老生，曾以《刘伶醉酒》《大山里》等剧目多次获得大奖。先后师承杨振邦、刘小楼、马泰先生。2000年成功举办《马惠民评剧交响音乐会》。主演了《血溅乌纱》《杨乃武与小白菜》《金沙江畔》《甜嫂》《花为媒》《三看御妹》等剧目。他的音质醇美圆润、音域宽广，吸收了马派的演唱风格。2004年在《刘巧儿新传》中饰于老栓获第四届唐山评剧艺术节优秀表演奖。

Ma Hui is a young worker and an old one. He has won many awards for such plays as Liu Ling drunk and Dashanli. He successively learned from Mr. Yang Zhenbang, Mr. Liu Xiaolou and Mr. Ma Tai. In 2000, Ma Huimin's Pingju symphony concert was successfully held. He has starred in such plays as blood splashing black yarn, Yang Naiwu and Chinese cabbage, by the Jinsha River, sweet sister-in-law, flower as a medium, three watching Royal sisters, etc. His mellow and mellow sound quality, wide range, absorbed the singing style of Ma Pai. In 2004, Yu laoshuan won the outstanding performance award of the fourth Tangshan Pingju Art Festival.

曾获黑龙江省人民政府十佳杰出青年。在文化部和北京市举办的各种调演中多次荣获优秀表演奖。

He has been awarded the top ten outstanding youth of Heilongjiang Provincial People's government. He has won many excellent performance awards in various performances held by the Ministry of culture and Beijing.

2021年4月15日，在世界文化艺术家排行榜《每日一星》评选活动中荣获第一名。

On April 15, 2021, he won the first prize in the selection of "star of the day" in the world cultural artists list.
