1月13日,文化和旅游部全国公共文化发展中心(以下简称“发展中心”)与中外文化交流中心(以下简称“交流中心”)和深圳文化产权交易所(以下简称“深圳文交所”)在北京分别签署战略合作协议。文化和旅游部党组成员、副部长张旭出席签约仪式。

据了解,交流中心和发展中心将充分发挥各自资源和平台优势,积极探索公共数字文化海外推广的有效路径,逐步实现对外文化和旅游工作内容与服务创新,推动中华优秀文化走出去,增强中华文化国际传播力,促进中华文化影响力提升。双方将积极合作开发优质文化和旅游产品;推动国内外资源联动、平台共享;共同策划组织品牌活动、节庆活动或数字文化展览展示,合作开展“欢乐春节”“中国旅游文化周”“天涯共此时——中秋节”“乡村村晚”等项目;共同开展“数字中国馆”项目建设,并合作打造面向驻外文化和旅游机构的数字教学培训模式。

发展中心和深圳文交所将深入发掘整合文化资源,开发全民艺术普及文化创意产品,提升文化馆(站)服务效能,深化公共文化服务供给侧结构性改革,推动文化事业与文化产业融合发展。双方将合作组建全民艺术普及文创中心,共同打造以数字资源、艺术培训、非遗文创为重点的全民艺术普及文创产品开发及推广运营体系,培育文化消费的新模式新业态;筹备成立全国文化馆文化创意产品开发合作机制、文创中心产业合作机制等;以全国各级文化馆(站)和公共文化和旅游服务产品采购大会为线下平台,以国家公共文化云“学才艺”和“赶大集”版块为线上平台,打造文化淘宝和全民艺术普及服务体系,创新文化消费的新模式新样态;共同推进乡村文旅融合、民族民间文化保护、数字创意产业人才培养等工作。(赵腾泽)
