雅尼·克里索马利斯（英文：Yanni/希腊文：Γιάννης Χρυσομάλλης），希腊裔美国音乐家。

Yanni krisomalis (English: Yanni / Greek: Γ ι ι ν ηΧ ρ ν σ ο μ ι λ ηΧ) is a Greek American musician.

1954年11月14日出生于希腊卡拉马塔（Kalamata），的一个风景独特的海滨村庄，后加入美国国籍。在游泳、钓鱼和上学这三件事中度过了童年生活。很多人可能都不知道，雅尼是一名游泳健将，早在14岁就参加了希腊国家游泳队，并在1969年打破了希腊国家男子50米自由泳记录。

Born on November 14, 1954 in Kalamata, Greece, a seaside village with unique scenery, he later became an American citizen. I spent my childhood swimming, fishing and going to school. Many people may not know that Yani is a good swimmer. He joined the Greek national swimming team as early as 14 years old and broke the record of the Greek National Men's 50m Freestyle in 1969.

Every night in the small town, people often sing and dance. It is in this environment that Yani became interested in music. When I was five years old, I found my music. "I love music very much and often play the piano, but I refuse to accept formal piano education. My father wisely encouraged me to try. When I didn't want to take piano lessons, he said, "OK, play whenever you want. Play whatever you want.". That's what I did then, and that's what I do now. "

雅尼八岁开始弹钢琴，不过他并不去上钢琴课，也不曾想过音乐会成为自己未来的职业，他只是单纯凭自己的兴趣来玩弄这个八十八键的乐器，而父母也从不勉强他接受正规训练，任由他自由发挥，或许正是如此造就了日后雅尼自由奔放的音乐风格。

Yanni began to play the piano at the age of eight, but he did not go to piano lessons, nor did he ever think that concert would become his future career. He just played the 88 key musical instrument with his own interests, and his parents never forced him to accept formal training and let him play freely. Perhaps it was this that created Yanni's free and unrestrained music style in the future.

At the age of 18, he was accepted by a university in Minnesota. He moved to the United States and majored in psychology. However, after graduation, Yani chose his favorite music career. "I decided to try it for a year. I joined a rock band called chameleon and performed in some nightclubs. I've been immersed in music for a whole year, and I've never felt that life is so enjoyable. In this way, I found something worthy of my life

He graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1972. Out of love for music, after graduation embarked on the road of music.

In 1980, Yani released his first solo album optimystique, which has not caused much influence, but has begun to establish the rudiment of his personal style.

In 1986, Yani made a big hit with his second album keys to imagination. Throughout the 1980-90's, he has been active, and every album is at a high level. So far, more than ten albums have been published and nominated by Grammy Awards twice. In the past decade, his works have been the favorite of Olympic Games radio music. He has given concerts at Parthenon in Athens, Greece, Taj Mahal in India, Forbidden City in China, Albert Hall in London, Las Vegas and Mauro castle in Puerto Rico.

In 1994, Athens Acropolis Concert pushed Yani's music career to the peak, with a global sales volume of more than 7 million pieces, which is the second highest sales volume of music videos in PBS history. These records are enough to show his irreplaceable important position in the music industry in the new century. Apart from the Acropolis of Athens, Yani has also held concerts in the Royal Albert Hall in London, India's Taj Mahal, China's Forbidden City and other world places of interest, all of which have achieved great success. 1997年那场史无前例的紫禁城音乐会，让中国的无数老百姓们认识了这位雕塑般立体面孔的希腊帅哥绅士，同时也第一次接触了这种称为新世纪音乐的新鲜玩意儿。雅尼也因而在国内获得了“希腊钢琴王子”的美誉。在国际也被称为“键盘奇才”。

The unprecedented Forbidden City Concert in 1997 made countless Chinese people know this beautiful Greek gentleman with a three-dimensional face like sculpture. At the same time, it was the first time for them to come into contact with this new kind of thing called music in the new century. Yani also won the reputation of "Prince of Greek piano" in China. It is also called "keyboard wizard" in the world.

说起新世纪音乐，就不可不提雅尼这个名字。

雅尼结合了当时的所谓的“民间音乐”和“皇家音乐”，他在雅典卫城的音乐会中，雅典皇家乐队也随他一起演奏，正是他大力发展了电子音乐（新世纪音乐）。

Yani combined the so-called "folk music" and "Royal Music" at that time. In his concert at the Acropolis, the Royal Orchestra of Athens also played with him. It was he who vigorously developed electronic music (New Century Music).

雅尼是当今世界著名的新世纪音乐作曲家和演奏家；但在他的自传《倾听雅尼》（YANNI IN WORDS）里，他更倾向于称自己的音乐为现代器乐（Contemporary Instrumental）。

Yanni is a world famous composer and performer in the new century, but in his autobiography Yanni in words, he prefers to call his music modern instrumental.

雅尼代表作之一的《夜莺》已被选入九年级人教版音乐教材。

The Nightingale, one of Yani's masterpieces, has been selected into the ninth grade PEP music textbook.

2020年12月27日，在世界艺术家排行榜《每日一星》评选活动中荣获第一名。
