11月26日，黄河文化保护传承弘扬座谈会在山西省太原市召开。文化和旅游部党组书记、部长胡和平，山西省委副书记、省长林武出席会议并讲话。文化和旅游部党组成员、副部长李群，山西省副省长张复明，国家文物局党组成员、副局长宋新潮，水利部黄河水利委员会副主任牛玉国出席会议。

胡和平强调，要深入学习领会习近平总书记关于推动黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展重要论述精神，增强做好黄河文化保护传承弘扬工作的责任感使命感紧迫感。要提高政治站位，深刻把握黄河文化“根和魂”的重要地位；延续历史文脉，传承中华文化基因；挖掘弘扬时代价值，讲好新时代黄河故事；促进黄河全流域高质量发展，建设造福人民的幸福河。

胡和平指出，文化和旅游部系统要深入贯彻党的十九届五中全会精神，贯彻落实《黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展规划纲要》和即将印发的《黄河文化保护传承弘扬规划》，着力推动加强黄河文化研究阐释、开展考古发掘和资源调查、加强文物保护、提高非物质文化遗产保护传承水平、开展文艺精品创作和演出演播、推进黄河文化旅游带建设、发展沿黄地区文化产业、提高黄河文化国际影响力八项重点任务落地生根，切实保护好、传承好、弘扬好黄河文化，共创新时代黄河大合唱。下一步，各级文化和旅游部门、文物部门要加强组织实施，落实工作责任，健全规划体系，抓好重点项目，加强部省合作、区域协同，为保护传承弘扬黄河文化提供坚强有力保证。

林武指出，山西省认真贯彻落实习近平总书记重要讲话精神和党中央、国务院决策部署，成立省委、省政府主要领导任双组长的黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展工作领导小组，着力打好黄河文化保护传承弘扬组合拳，积极探索黄河板块文旅深度融合新路径，不断强化黄河流域生态保护硬支撑，统筹推进黄河文化传承、文物保护、文旅融合、机制创新、生态建设等工作，取得积极成效。下一步，山西省将进一步加强与沿黄省份交流互鉴、通力协作，在重大基础设施建设、环境共治、产业协同、文旅体制改革等方面深化合作，为推进黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展作出应有的贡献。
