2018年4月1日，王李丹妮与潘时七、安格等合作出演的奇幻喜剧电影《捉妖大仙》上映，在片中饰演羽玄姬 ；10月，主演现代都市话题性反转剧《人间规则》在爱奇艺播出，在剧中饰演海归精英女总裁Lisa胡。

2020年5月22日，王李丹妮与何蓝逗、张致恒、骆应钧等合作出演的奇幻喜剧电影《仙书奇谭之捉妖簿》在优酷视频播出 ；8月14日，与王心凌、余少群合作出演的宠物喜剧电影《我想静静》上映 ；同年，与荣飞、刘锡明等合作出演的灾难电影《狂鳄海啸》杀青；

9月7日，王李丹妮与许君聪、刘頔、林妍柔等合作出演的蜀山仙侠系列片《蜀山降魔传3》开机，在片中饰演城府颇深的魔尊夜芊凝。10月16日，在世界艺术家排行榜《每日一星》评选活动中荣获第一名。
