1990年12月3日出生于中国北京，毕业于中国传媒大学播音系，有着青春洋溢的外表和气质的彭小苒，凭借鲜明的主持风格与出众的演技，赢得了观众的好评。第一次看到彭小苒就觉得眼前一亮，她很有潜力。
