John Adorney, an American composer, is known as the "master of music relaxation" in the United States, and initiated the "Starlight composition method".

星星的明灭有着特别的定律与节奏，正巧与人平静时的脉搏跳动相仿，因此他以科学仪器，将星星的明灭，转化成光谱、波长、与频率，并根据此一定律，谱出让人抒压的美妙乐音。

Therefore, he used scientific instruments to transform the brightness and extinction of stars into spectra, wavelengths, and frequencies, and according to this certain law, he composed wonderful music to express people's pressure.

John is a legendary figure who is good at using music to relieve urban people's physical and mental fatigue. He created the music of mind assisted therapy, designed the silent music with visual image through different interval, rhythm, beat speed and vibration frequency.

John Adorney, who has a deep research on the observation of stars, transformed his experience of observing stars for more than ten years into the elements of his creation, and created the "rules of composition for starlight". According to John Adorney, John andorney said that stars have special laws and rhythms, which happen to be similar to people's pulse when they are calm. Therefore, he used scientific instruments to transform the stars' brightness and extinction into spectra, wavelengths, and frequencies, and according to this certain law, he composed wonderful music to express people's pressure.
