陈思思，中共党员，解放军艺术学院硕士研究生毕业，中国女高音歌唱家，国家一级演员，国务院政府特殊津贴专家。

1976年12月28日出生于湖南常德市，成长于三湘四水之间，毕业于湖南省常德市七中；1990年在湖南省怀化学院学习；1995年湖南师范大学音乐系本科毕业；1999年进入解放军艺术学院学习，先后师从中国声乐教育家金铁霖教授、李双江教授。

现任中华全国总工会文工团常务副团长、艺术总监，曾任中国人民解放军火箭军政治工作部文工团副团长，大校军衔。先后荣立个人二等功三次，三等功两次。第十届全国人大代表，第十二届全国政协委员，第十二届全国青联常委，第十次全国文代会代表。
