　　根据美国财政部发表的声明，被制裁者涉嫌对美国的１４４所大学、澳大利亚等２１个国家的１７６所大学以及一家美国传媒公司实施恶意网络活动，窃取知识产权及重要数据，为伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队谋取经济利益。

　　美国财政部副部长西加尔·曼德尔克说，伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队将网络攻击任务外包给伊朗黑客公司“马布那研究所”，由后者入侵外国大学和企业信息系统盗取敏感数据。美方将继续揭露伊朗此类行径，并追求其相关责任。

　　根据规定，被制裁者在美国境内全部资产将被冻结，美国企业和个人不得同被制裁者进行任何往来。
