从体操跨项而来——单板女孩邱冷：奥运让我明确努力方向

    1997年出生的邱冷十岁前练了四年的体操，此次平昌冬奥会，她与刘佳宇、蔡雪桐、李爽一起代表中国队参加女子单板滑雪U型场地的比赛。虽然在12日的资格赛后未能进入决赛，但通过奥运会的历练，邱冷找到了未来努力的方向。

  “十岁的时候，我的教练从体操队选中了我，在那之前我练了四年的体操。”邱冷坦言，自己起初并不喜欢滑雪，后来经过训练，看到自己的成绩和进步，渐渐爱上了这项运动。邱冷现在是哈尔滨体育大学一年级的学生，谈及从体操跨项到单板滑雪U型场地的感受时，她说：“感觉当时比同一起点的队友空上感觉好一些，但是之后的努力才最重要。”

    刘佳宇、蔡雪桐是邱冷的榜样和奋斗的目标，“今天她们的目的只是进决赛，还有很多保留，明天可以期待一下她们的表现。”

    未满21岁的邱冷第一次参加冬奥会。通过与世界高手们过招，她看道了自己的不足，明确了努力的方向。“我反脚的动作空缺，速度跟不上，这样分数就会偏低。”邱冷表示，单板滑雪U型场地这个项目以后会越来越好，“因为它很有魅力，很多小运动员在努力从事这项运动，她们是未来的希望。”

    对于2022年北京冬奥会，邱冷没有设定太大目标，她认为任何事情脚踏实地去做，结果都不会太差。

Liu Jiayu and Cai Xuetong are the example and goal of Qiu Leng. "Today, their purpose is only to enter the finals. There are still many reservations. We can expect their performance tomorrow."

Qiu Leng, under the age of 21, took part in the Winter Olympics for the first time. The blows with the world Master, she saw his lack of clear direction.
