“准大学生”也需装好“心理行囊”

　　又是一年开学季。数百万学子即将踏入大学校门，也催生了开学前后的消费浪潮和“开学经济”。但相较于手机、电脑、靓丽服装等组成的“物质行囊”，由自信、朝气、拼搏等组成的“心理行囊”其实更为重要。

　　从高中迈入大学，意味着学习方式的转变；意味着大学生开始独自踏上探索人生的旅程；意味着成长的路径从指向高考的唯一目标到无限可能；意味着从此以后将不在父母的庇佑之下独立探索成长……这些转变，就需要大学生在心理上提前做好准备。因为稳定而坚实的心理状态往往比物质条件更能保驾护航。沉稳的心态能够助力学生在精力充沛的黄金年代不负韶华，在自由开放的校园乐土中探索人生。良好的心态如同一枚种子，在进入校园的时候种下，在大学及社会的历练中不断丰润成长，进而培养出一种独立的人格——在面对选择的时候坚定信念，在身陷困境时不言放弃，在舒适安逸中奋发前行。

　　装好“心理行囊”，需要家长的“扶上马后送一程”。初入大学校门，面对无拘无束的生活，部分学生难免容易缺乏自控，甚至沉迷网络游戏难以自拔。这个时候，家长的一席话往往可以避免学生陷入泥淖，尽快在自由而广袤的环境中，寻找适合自己的人生方向与前进动力。

　　装好“心理行囊”，学校的引导也至关重要。学校要通过恰当的方式引导学生尽快适应大学生活。今年开学季，天津大学设置了时光信箱，每名新生都会领到一张明信片，写下对大学生活的期望，一年后开启。信箱负责人说：“信箱的设立是为了让新生们在一年后看看自己最初的梦想，反省一下自己的行为，对大学生活进行重新的规划。”这样的举措积极而充满正能量。

　　从高中到大学，一个新阶段的开启。看得见的，是背着行囊走向远方的背影，看不见的，是对学生心态的深层试炼与打磨。行者常至，为者常成，大学不是一劳永逸的终点，而是成熟人生的起点。求学行囊不应装满娱乐和开心的道具，而应装起远大的志向、科学的规划以及奋发的勇气。
