瓷器杂项拍卖行情后市可期 呈现4个"现象"

　　2017年艺术品拍卖已降下帷幕，各种成交数据也基本统计出来。据雅昌艺术网统计数据，2017年春拍中，中国书画的成交额占比为41.54%，瓷器杂项的占比为40.93%;而秋拍中，瓷器杂项迎头赶上，成交额占比首超中国书画，瓷器杂项与中国书画分别占据市场的44%和41%的份额。盘点2017年艺术品市场瓷杂板块行情，可谓是特色专场多点开花，天价拍品频频现身。本年度的行情与往年虽有很多相似之处，但确实也有些不同，其一是本年度亿元高端拍品比前些年明显增多，其二是各拍卖行的总成交额和成交率也比往年略有提高，行情似乎有转暖的迹象。中国艺术品市场是否能以此为契机，迎来2018年拍卖行情的彻底反转，值得期待。

　　春拍强势登场

　　与2016年的瓷杂行情相比，2017年的拍卖市场明显要强势一些。4月初率先开拍的香港苏富比春季拍卖，总成交额31.7亿港元，远超拍前估价的24亿港元，整体成交率87%，推出的24场拍卖中，创造了13项艺术家作品拍卖纪录，并有8场“白手套”专场拍卖。值得一提的是，一枚59.6卡拉椭圆形内部无瑕艳彩粉红钻“粉红之星”以5.53亿港元的天价拍出，刷新了钻石及珠宝的世界拍卖纪录;一件明宣德青花鱼藻纹十棱菱口大碗以2.29亿港元成交。同时开拍的保利香港5周年春拍也产生一件亿元拍品，一组缅甸天然翡翠手镯和缅甸天然“帝王绿”翡翠珠链以1.07亿港元成交。在佳士得香港春拍中，一件备受瞩目的雍正粉青釉双龙贴花盘口尊以1.4亿港元成交，创下中国单色釉瓷器最高成交纪录。

　　随后进行的内地第二轮春拍，瓷杂行情表现依然不俗，在中国嘉德春拍中，一件清乾隆黄花梨龙纹中牌子大衣架以3910万元成交。在北京保利春拍中，一件清康熙五彩十二花神杯以2392万元成交。在北京匡时春拍中，一件清乾隆粉彩九桃天球瓶以4255万元拍出。尤其是在浙江西泠春拍中，被誉为国之重器的西周商王五年青铜兮甲盘以2.1275亿元的天价成交，并创下国内青铜器拍卖最高纪录。

　　秋拍锦上添花

　　进入秋拍以后，瓷杂行情继续维持强势，在香港苏富比秋拍中，一件台北鸿禧美术馆旧藏北宋汝窑天青釉洗以咨询价形式上拍，8000万港元起拍，经过多次激烈竞价，最终以2.94亿港元成交，并刷新中国瓷器最高拍卖纪录;一件清乾隆御制白玉瓜棱式羊首掐丝珐琅提梁茶壶以7547.5万港元成交，一件明宣德青花缠枝莲托八吉祥合碗，以5128.7万港元成交;一件明宣德青花夔龙罐以3553.7万港元拍出。在香港佳士得秋拍中，一件有“THE PINK PROMISE”美誉的14.93克拉鲜彩粉红色钻石戒指以近2.5亿港元的成交价，打破佳士得亚洲珠宝最高成交纪录;一件明嘉靖五彩鱼藻纹盖罐以2.1385亿港元成交，刷新明嘉靖瓷器的世界拍卖纪录;一件天然翡翠珠项链以9572.5万港元成交;一件8.80克拉浓彩粉红色钻石戒指以7547.5万港元成交;一对明代十七世纪黄花梨圆角柜以3610万港元拍出。

　　在北京匡时秋拍“田帝玄黄——田黄石专场”中，备受关注的郭祥忍寿山田黄石“九龙戏珠”钮玺以1.09亿元成交，并创世界田黄拍卖最高纪录。在北京保利秋拍中，一对清康熙御制黄花梨鸾凤牡丹纹大顶箱柜以9890万元的高价拍出;一件清雍正玫茵堂典藏珐琅彩粉彩平安春信图碗以4600万元成交;一件清雍正粉青釉双龙耳贴花壶以4140万元成交。在中国嘉德秋拍中，一件清道光陈曼生铭桑连理馆仿大彬制款杨彭年制紫泥扁石壶以287.5万元成交;一件明末清初黄花梨夹头榫独板面小画案同样也以2185万元成交。在北京中贸圣佳秋拍中，一件清雍正御制洋彩珐琅春风碧桃图胆瓶以1069.5万元拍出。

　　板块呈现的四个“现象”

　　纵观2017年中国瓷器杂项拍卖行情，有这几个现象值得我们关注：

　　1.高端拍品成交价高。近几年来艺术品拍卖有一个特点：强者恒强。在2017年春拍和秋拍中，这一特征更是发挥得淋漓尽致。一些传承有序的高端瓷杂拍品备受追捧，且成交价非常高。如香港苏富比春拍中，一枚59.6卡拉椭圆形内部无瑕艳彩粉红钻“粉红之星”拍出5.53亿港元天价、一件明宣德青花鱼藻纹十棱菱口大碗拍出2.29亿港元。这无疑给了市场一个积极的信号，说明买家越来越重视拍品的质量，在拍品中能看到多少价值，市场就会体现多少价值。市场越来越成熟，买家也越来越挑剔，对于精品的追求和下手也越来越果断。

　　2.杂项专场成交率高。虽说近年来艺术品市场中低端拍品成交率不高，但本年度一些特色杂项专场却深受藏家青睐，且成交率较高。香港苏富比、北京保利、浙江西泠等拍卖行均推出一些特色杂项专场，以浙江西泠印社秋拍杂项专场成交业绩为例：“道入匠心·文房古玩专场”成交率为95.65%、“萃古熙今·文房古玩专场”成交率为93.91%、“郭若愚藏印暨名家闲章集粹专场”成交率为93.67%、“中国历代紫砂器物暨茶文化专”成交率为91.77%、“文房清玩·田黄暨名家钮工专场”成交率为90.48%，如此高的杂项专场成交率确实值得称颂。

　　3.“白手套”场次有所增加。在本年度春秋两季拍卖会上， 一些颇具特色的拍卖专场深受市场欢迎，成交率相当高，“白手套”专场有所增加，中国嘉德、北京保利、北京匡时等均有多个专场斩获白手套。如北京保利春拍“瑰映如茵——玫茵堂暨欧美搜储康熙、雍正御窑精华”专场，共上拍44件拍品，成交额为1.14亿元，成交率高达100%。值得一提的是，该专场有37件拍品以超过最高估价成交，其中2件拍品成交价过千万元。可见藏家更看重的是绝真、精品、流传有序的拍品，只要上拍真正罕见的杂项精品，是不愁没有买家的。

　　4.普品成交率有待提高。本年度高端拍品大受追捧，特色杂项专场成交率较高，拍卖行情相比往年虽有所好转，但还未见彻底的火热。作为一个真正健康的艺术品市场，是既需要天价成交的顶尖高端拍品作领头羊，更需要大量的中低价位普通拍品也能呈现活跃的买卖气氛，在投资者之间自由流转，而目前拍卖场上普品的成交率仍嫌不足。如果仅有极少数顶尖高端拍品表现活跃，而大多数普品成交并不景气，就不能断言市场已经完全复苏，中国艺术品市场想要真正的回暖，各种普通拍品的成交率还有待于提高。
