贵州省体育局体操中心党总支第一支部召开2017年度党组织生活会暨民主评议党员工作会

    按照局党委的统一安排，为进一步加强党员队伍建设，全面提高党员思想政治素质，2月6日下午，体操中心党总支第一支部2017年度专题组织生活会暨民主评议党员工作会在中心党员活动室召开。会议由支部书记舒鑫主持，中心领导班子成员均以普通党员身份同其他党员参加会议。

    会上，每名党员对照党员标准和实际工作表现，分别总结个人在思想、工作、作风等方面的情况，肯定成绩找出不足，实事求是地做出批评与自我批评，做到了当面提出批评意见“不怕丑、不避嫌、不红脸”，找到了作为个人、科室不足之处，为今后工作如何再上一个新的台阶找明了方向。

    匡正志总结强调，各位党员要针对查摆出的问题进行整改，要有“成事的真本领”，自觉以高标准要求自己、磨炼自己；同时加强工作沟通，及时解决矛盾，团结一心，力求在整改事项上有新突破。

    通过此次工作会，既沟通了思想，又增进了相互团结，促使党员们理想信念更加坚定，对支部组织建设、思想建设以及中心训练工作都起到了促进作用。
