人民网莫斯科1月26日电 （记者 华迪） 1月25日，中国驻俄罗斯大使馆隆重举行庆祝“中俄媒体交流年”圆满闭幕暨迎新春媒体联谊活动。李辉大使、俄总统办公厅第一副主任格罗莫夫在活动上致辞，新华通讯社亚欧总分社社长范伟国、俄“第一频道”电视台台长恩斯特作为双方媒体代表致辞。俄总统办公厅公关局局长斯米尔诺夫，俄通讯与大众传媒部副部长沃林，俄新闻出版与大众传媒署署长谢斯拉温斯基，俄电信、信息技术与大众传媒监管局局长扎罗夫，俄外交部一亚局局长库利克，俄外交部新闻局局长、发言人扎哈罗娃，俄联邦安全总局信息合作局局长德沃尔尼科夫，俄总理新闻局副局长卡明斯卡娅，俄安全会议、国防部、工贸部、财政部、教科部、文化部等代表以及中俄媒体代表约300人出席活动。

李辉在致辞中表示，2015年5月，习近平主席和普京总统共同宣布2016年和2017年为“中俄媒体交流年”，把两国媒体合作提升至国家水平。两国元首从战略高度搭建的这个平台意义非凡,不仅为两国媒体交流注入了强大动力,也更加有效地促进了两国民间往来与信任。2015年12月和2017年11月，李克强总理和梅德韦杰夫总理共同出席在北京举行的“中俄媒体交流年”开闭幕式，规划和总结了两国媒体在全媒体时代进行全方位、立体式合作的方向，进一步引领两国人文交流向纵深发展。

李辉指出，在“中俄媒体交流年”大背景下，两国媒体参与热情高涨，开展了形式多样、内容丰富的交流与合作，取得了积极成果和巨大社会反响。普京总统出席人民日报社和塔斯社共同主办的2016年中俄主流媒体大型联合采访活动启动仪式，接受新华社独家专访。梅德韦杰夫总理做客人民日报社并与中国网友亲切交流。中俄合拍的大型系列纪录片《这里是中国》、《你好，中国》激发了俄民众对中国的浓厚兴趣，刮起一股“中国风”。中俄联合制作的跨国连线节目《等着我》深深打动了两国观众的心。“中俄头条”双语客户端在两国1量突破400万，已成为两国人民相互了解和交流的最有效移动端新媒体平台。李辉大使向两国媒体朋友为促进中俄民心相通、助力中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系高水平发展、提升两国在国际事务中的话语权等所作出的积极努力表示衷心感谢。

李辉强调，为期两年的“中俄媒体交流年”虽已落下帷幕，但中俄媒体合作“新时代”的序幕才刚刚拉起。特别是今年3月，两国都将有重大政治日程，需要双方媒体更好地加强合作。在媒体年的助推下，中俄两国媒体合作空前加深。期待未来两国媒体紧跟中俄关系发展步伐，进一步凝聚共识，携手并进，合力讲好中俄故事，唱响中俄好声音,向两国受众和世界传递更多正能量。愿两国媒体的合作，如同黄河和伏尔加河一样，源远流长。

格罗莫夫表示,“俄中媒体交流年”是俄中两国在人文领域最成功的合作项目，反映出两国关系的空前水平。双方规划了250多个合作项目，绝大多数都已高质量完成并取得务实效果。这些成果离不开两国新闻媒体机构代表、相关部门和外交队伍的努力和付出。“俄中媒体论坛”是“俄中媒体交流年”的一张名片，显示出两国领导对信息领域交流合作的高度重视。借助这一平台，俄中打造了两国在信息领域合作的新模式，这种模式是建立在专业、责任与诚信以及对报道的热爱基础之上。俄中媒体交流已有坚实基础，双方应进一步携手，提升两国主流媒体的权威性和公信力，打击信息领域垄断行为。

恩斯特表示，俄中地理相邻，历史相近。在困难时期，双方总是相互扶持，在贸易、科学、文化等领域紧密协作。近年来，两国之间合作取得重大成果，两国媒体在密切两国文化交流、增进两国人民相互了解方面发挥了重要作用。“第一频道”积极参与“俄中媒体交流年”框架下的各项合作，与中央电视台等中国伙伴建立了互利互惠的友好关系，签署了交换电视内容协议，与中央电视台共同举办俄语大赛，联合录制电视节目。特别是“喀秋莎”电视频道去年11月在中国开播，为中国观众了解俄罗斯文化打开了一扇窗。该频道将成为两国人民相互理解的桥梁、两国友好的象征，将促进俄中友好关系进一步发展。

活动期间还举行了“中俄媒体交流年”成果展、图书展和茶艺展。成果展由新华社和塔斯社共同承办，甄选了媒体年期间富有代表性的50张活动1。图书展展出了由俄罗斯尚斯国际出版社提供的有关中俄互译项目的200余本图书，包括《中国文学史》、《中国文物史》、《中国美术史》、《中国佛教史》、《百年中国艺术史》等。该出版社开办的“尚斯博库书店”为俄罗斯历史上第一家、也是目前唯一一家中国主题书店。茶艺表演展示了中国古老的传统茶文化——功夫茶，期间伴有古琴演奏。嘉宾们在热烈友好的气氛中，品“中国茶”，阅“中国书”、听“中国音”、食“中国味”，享受了一场中华文化的饕餮盛宴。
