朱广沪从广州足协取经 对中国足球不灰心

“哈哈，朱主席你好！”——这是朱广沪出现在2018中国足球名人论坛现场时，很多足球圈内人士对他的戏称。去年9月，朱广沪当选为上海市足协主席。完成了从球队教练到足协主席的角色转换，朱广沪说，“我自己还是干足球的本行，但最大的变化是思维模式，从以前思考一个队的建设到现在要一个体系的建设。”

朱广沪透露，其实广州在中国地方足协改革上是走到了全国前列，是国内第一家“脱钩”体育局的足协。“我之前和广州足协谢志光主席通了很多次电话，对上海足协的筹办请教了很多，广州足协在人财物上的运作是很规范的，政府也给予了不少支持。同时，我们也对广州足协脱钩后面临的一些困难也充分了解，我们也一起研究过解决的办法。”

朱广沪表示，上海足协就是一个开放的服务平台。“我们当足协的管理者不是‘当官’，是做服务的。只要你把足球的服务更多惠及当地社会，你这个足协一定是成功的。”朱广沪说，“足协也不是一个争权逐利的机构，我们现在都提倡把更多的权力下放到区一级的足协，包括球员注册、教练和裁判的培训，办赛和活动，等等。区一级的足球搞得更活跃，上海市的足协才会有提供更多服务的机会。”

朱广沪打了个比喻，“我们现在做足协的就是相当于提供场地给球队比赛——所有的基层足球从业者都应该是扮演球队、球员的角色，我们的角色就是做场地维护工。”

另外，朱广沪还十分推崇“专业人做专业事”的风格。“我让范志毅、孙雯等等退役的球星，都在上海足协的专业委员会里当领头者。足球不仅仅只是做足球那一亩三分地的事情，还有很多足球以外的事情，足球要搞好必须依仗更多复合型的专业人才。”

中国青训最缺失球探体系

对于中国足球目前的人才困局，朱广沪感觉不应该灰心，只要路子走对了，未来依然是有希望。朱广沪说，“我在国内看了不少青少年比赛，我觉得如果国内青训体系能有明显改善的话，2005年之后出生的孩子将来会有更多成才的机会！”

对于目前国内校园足球和专业青训之间的矛盾，朱广沪倒觉得不应该成为难题。“校园足球的提法没有错，它有三个层次的功能：首先是强身健体，其次是树德立人，第三是出精英人才。”朱广沪分析，“我觉得中国是有能力解决教育和专业足球培养之间的矛盾的，我也相信中国的校园足球体系肯定可能走出职业球员。我们现在最重要解决的问题是：如何在各类型培训的精英选拔过程中，做到‘不漏网’！”

朱广沪认为现在中国的青训要解决好4个方面问题：一是改善场地的保障条件；二是提高基层教练的学习能力；三是建立常态化的青少年联赛制；四是建立科学的球探体系。

朱广沪认为目前基层优秀青训教练数量不足的问题并非不可解决。“我们如果能把30岁到60岁之间各地的专业和职业的退役运动员发动起来，对校园足球也好，基层青训也好，教练数量的问题是可以解决的。尤其是我们应该利用大批当年向专业队、职业队发展过程中被体校淘汰下来的球员，他们至少接受了3到8年专业足球训练，完全可以胜任基层足球教练的工作，关键是我们如何健全教练员培训的层级，保障他们的待遇，挖掘他们的主观能动性！”

朱广沪尤其强调目前中国球探体系的缺失。“我们现在还没有完善的球探体系，基本都是靠教练的经验主义。事实上，球员成才与否最关键是5-12岁的年龄区间，这是他们基础能力养成的决定性阶段。无论国内外，球星一般在10岁左右就能体现出来自己的天赋，这就需要有大量专业的球探能去发掘，要应用大数据等最新的科技手段。”

68岁的朱广沪是中国著名足球教练。1993年到1998年率领中国健力宝少年队、青年队赴巴西留学，被称为“健力宝队之父”。2000年至2005年执教深圳队，并于2004年捧得中超元年冠军。

2005年至2007年，朱广沪执教中国队，虽然拿起过东亚杯冠军，但在2007年的亚洲杯上小组赛被淘汰。2008年起，他辗转在武汉、深圳、陕西等地执教。从2011年至今，朱广沪没有再执教职业队，但始终保持活动在中国足球的第一线。

2016年9月，朱广沪出任上海足球协会主席。对于名字中的“广沪”两字，他认为自己的足球生涯与上海和广东两地都结下了不解之缘。
