中国高校社会影响力排行榜发布,北大清华武大位列三甲

  12月23日,在“人民网第三届大学校长论坛”上,人民网发布了《2015-2016年度中国高校社会影响力排行榜》,其中北京大学以总分超过清华大学0.22分拔得头筹。

  会上,据人民网总编辑余清楚介绍,该排行榜由人民网教育频道、人民网舆情监察室联合推出。排行榜结合了教育部权威数据,通过大数据挖掘,围绕高校媒体影响力、网络舆论影响力、科研影响力、校友影响力等多个维度,对高校的社会影响力进行评估。

  余清楚称,该排行榜选取了126所部属重点高校和地方重点院校,通过多个指标维度的评估,来体现高校在新闻宣传、舆论评价等方面的综合影响力。

  也有专家表示,媒体在正面宣传高校的同时,也聚焦关注高校发生的各类突发事件,这些负面舆情主要涉及腐败、学生安全、校园管理等,这些事件会拖累高校的社会声誉,一些高校应对负面新闻的危机公关能力普遍还有提升的空间。

  北大、清华、武大在“高校社会影响力”“媒体影响力”排行榜均居前三

  通过数据分析后,北京大学、清华大学、武汉大学、浙江大学、复旦大学、上海交通大学、中南大学、中国人民大学南京大学、四川大学分别位居中国高校社会影响力排行榜的前十名。

  其中北京大学以94.55分摘得桂冠,在媒体影响力、网络舆论影响力等方面表现突出,而清华大学则以94.33分的总成绩位居第二。

  在“高校新媒体影响力”上,郑州大学、河南大学、上海交通大学位居前三。而在“高校网络舆论影响力”上,前三名则是北京大学、清华大学、武汉大学等高校。

  在科研影响力中,浙江大学、上海交通大学、北京大学、等高校位居前十,但余清楚表示,从这份榜单中可以明显看出,工科院校和综合院校的科研实力远远超过文科类院校。

  六大榜单逐一分析后,余清楚总结称,从排行榜总体情况来看,全国高校舆论综合影响力级差较大,“北京大学、清华大学遥遥领先于其他高校,第十名四川大学总分不及北京大学的一半,说明总体水平有待提高。”

  对此,余清楚提出了三点建议,高校首先要更新对外传播观念,综合提升传播质量,“高校对外宣传要精心选择内容,尽量通过讲故事的方式,让高校宣传更接地气。”他提出,从传播手段来看,一些高校的传播重点还停留在传统纸媒上,应多加重视新媒体的传播。

  其次,高校应构建多元立体的传播矩阵,提升宣传能力。余清楚建议各大高校宣传部门,一要重视新媒体的作用;二要多和媒沟通交流,实现合力,做到电视、广播、新媒体的多元化、立体化的新闻传播形式;

  最后,他表示,高校应重视舆情工作,增强舆情应对能力,建议高校相关部门加强对舆情方面的检测,避免舆情放大,导致舆情危机。

  专家:高校应对负面舆情的能力普遍还需提升

  据人民网报道,媒体在正面宣传高校的同时,也聚焦关注高校发生的各类突发事件,这些负面舆情主要涉及腐败、学生安全、校园管理等。中国高等教育学会中外合作办学分会理事长林金辉表示,这些事件会拖累高校的社会声誉。

  对于高校负面舆情多发的形成因素,林金辉认为有几个方面:第一,我国高等教育已经进入大众化阶段,马上就要进入普及化阶段,高等教育规模已经是在世界上第一。在这么大的一个数量群体里面,出现个别问题是难以避免的。第二,现在的信息传播渠道非常多,传播的速度很快,受众面很广,所以,一些高校的消息可能是谣言,也可能被误传出去造成不良影响。第三,高校应对负面新闻的危机公关能力普遍还有提升的空间。

  林金辉表示,在负面舆情应对方面,从人民网的这份报告可以看出,它对高校相关部门加强重点领域的舆情监测,在突发事件发生后及时作出舆情处理,避免舆情危机等给出了很好的答案。具体而言,第一、高校领导应该增强社会声誉的经营意识;第二、高校应该加强宣传部门的能力建设,进一步强化高校对外宣传的机制建设、平台建设、队伍建设;第三、要重视各种媒体的综合运用,形成高校对外信息发布的全媒体,尤其应该重视微博、微信、客户端等新媒体的运用。在高校舆情危机的引导处理当中,要注意分析网络舆情危机形成的原因、内容,把握校园网络舆情所处的阶段,冷静疏导、科学应对。

After data analysis, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Wuhan University, Zhejiang University, Wuhan University, China, Hong Kong, China and other countries ranked the top ten in the list of social impact of Chinese universities.
