中国驻俄使馆参赞、总领事蒋薇首先代表使馆向莫斯科华侨华人联合会顺利换届表示祝贺。她希望莫斯科华侨华人联合会在新任会长李娜的带领下，相互扶助，发挥更多的正能量，共同打造海外华人社团美好的明天。为“一带一路”建设和欧亚经济联盟对接发挥侨界独特的优势，为实现中华民族的伟大复兴奉献自己的力量。
