邹市明眼疾病情初步确诊 完全恢复非常困难

         新华社记者26日采访上海长征医院获悉，前奥运冠军、著名拳手邹市明因眼部严重不适急诊入院，后经诊断，双侧眼眶有多发性骨折、轻度白内障、玻璃体浑浊等症状，若想完全恢复正常非常困难，并且可能留有后遗症。

　　长征医院眼科主任魏锐利告诉新华社记者，邹市明因眼睛剧烈疼痛、视物模糊、左眼视力下降急诊入院，睁眼不能持久，向上、向颞侧看物体时左眼刺痛尤甚，并有波浪感以及重影等影响行动的症状，经眼科检查，左眼视力0.1，双眼同时不能持久视物。

　　“磁共振和CT影像学检查后发现双侧眼眶有多发性骨折（新鲜及陈旧性），左眼眶内侧壁、下侧壁骨折，特别是下壁骨折，这些部位骨折会引起眼部肌肉嵌顿在骨折缝中，影响眼球运动，这是导致其视力下降及视物重影的重要原因之一，此外还发现轻度白内障、玻璃体混浊，眼球凹陷，右眼视网膜裂孔曾做过激光封闭术。视觉电生理检查发现双侧视神经潜伏期延长，表明视路受损。这些和眼部多次反复受伤有关。”魏锐利告诉记者。

　　“入院后经过改善微循环，营养肌肉血管药物治疗，左眼视力有所恢复，但严重影响双眼视功能的另一因素即视物重影模糊问题因眼睛运动肌肉嵌顿一时无法解决。”

　　魏锐利表示，下一步需进一步做眼底详细检查明确有无裂孔，确定是否进行肌肉手术或者眼眶骨折修复术来解决眼球运动和复视；视神经受损目前没有很好的药物能够解决，康复需要相当长的时间，“对于肌肉嵌顿及视神经受损问题，若想完全恢复正常非常困难，并且可能留有后遗症”。

　　邹市明曾在2008年北京奥运会和2012年伦敦奥运会上两次夺冠，还拿到过亚运会、世锦赛金牌，后转战职业拳坛。2016年11月，他与泰国选手帕波姆打满12回合，最终凭借点数取胜，夺得WBO（世界拳击组织）蝇量级世界拳王金腰带，实现了拳击生涯的“全满贯”。2017年7月，36岁的他选择进行自由卫冕战，最终不敌日本拳手木村翔，失去WBO世界拳王金腰带。

The visual electrophysiological examination showed that the latency of bilateral optic nerve was prolonged, indicating that the optic pathway was damaged. After admission, after improving microcirculation, nutrition and muscle and blood vessel drug treatment, the left eyesight recovered, but another factor seriously affecting the binocular vision function is blurred vision. It can not be solved because of muscle incarceration of eye movement.

Zou Shiming has won the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the 2012 London Olympic Games two times, also won the Asian Games, world championship gold medal, after he moved to occupation boxing.
