作家荆方:每个人爱吃的食物,都藏着他的前世今生

　　“海珠街坊讲坛”带你解码《红楼梦》美食地图

　　 12月16日下午,“海珠街坊讲坛”系列文化活动之 “红楼饮馔谈——传世经典映照‘文化自信’”公益讲座,在晓港公园榕树广场举行,这也是本年度海珠街坊讲坛的压轴一讲。本次活动由中共海珠区委宣传部主办,朗声图书、朗锐科技联合承办,四味书圈(广州阅读联盟成员)、晓港公园协办支持。

　　主讲嘉宾荆方自幼爱好古典文学,此前已出版手绘美食类散文集《舌染红尘》,将美食寓于人生的历程之中。

　　在活动现场,荆方凭其深厚的文学功底、极具感染力的语言,辅以亲自手绘的美食插图,巧妙解锁《红楼梦》中美食隐藏的文化密码,解读红楼人物前世今生与悲欢离合,并延伸梳理出中国古代的美食文化变迁历程。

　　荆方说,如果说《红楼梦》是一部中国人穿衣吃饭的指南,那么美食就是着墨最多的那一页。茄子鲞、胭脂鹅、豆腐皮包子……透过一道道令人垂涎欲滴的菜肴、点心,我们不但窥见了舌尖的盛典,也看到了作者暗藏其中的故事脉络。在《红楼梦》中,看似写美食,其实写的是人,无论是让刘姥姥百思不得其解的茄子鲞,还是风雅无边的金桂蟹宴,都是解读书中人物命运的神奇密码,探寻作品内涵的重要线索。每一道食物的出处都是另一个故事,每个人爱吃的食物,都藏着他的前世今生和爱恨情仇。美食落于笔尖,谱写出字里行间的人生况味,恰恰也成为这部文学经典最触动人心的地方。
