俄罗斯中医药学会正式运营

新华社莫斯科12月5日电（记者栾海） 俄罗斯中医药学会５日在莫斯科宣布，该学会日前在俄司法部注册为非营利性组织，并在中国驻俄罗斯使馆登记备案，由此正式开始运营。

俄罗斯中医药学会会长李云海在当天举行的发布会上说，中医是中华民族传统文化的重要组成部分，也是世界传统医学及文化宝库中的璀璨明珠。在“一带一路”倡议指引下，俄罗斯中医药学会应运而生。他介绍说，俄罗斯中医药学会是俄境内中医药界自发成立的非营利性组织，其会员将通过治疗、办学、学术讲座和交流传播中医知识及文化。“学会的工作重心是为中医在俄传播发展创造条件、提供便利，维护中医从业者在俄合法权益。相信俄罗斯中医药学会必将助力开启中医药在俄发展的崭新历程”。

中国驻俄使馆科技处公参郑世民表示，在现代医学较为发达的今天，中医药仍然为维护人类健康发挥着不可替代的作用。“一带一路”倡议与欧亚经济联盟的对接为中医药在俄发展提供了前所未有的机遇，俄罗斯中医药学会的成立将有助促进中医药在俄发展，为提升俄中医药行业水平、促进中俄两国人民交流作出贡献。

出席发布会的俄国家杜马（议会下院）保健委员会副主席、俄传统医学专家联合会主席弗拉基米尔·叶戈罗夫对新华社记者说，很高兴俄传统医学专家联合会有了俄罗斯中医药学会这样一个伙伴组织共同发展推广中国传统医学，共同向俄卫生界阐述传统医学特别是中医的原理以及用其治疗的必要性，使俄中传统医学及治疗方法在俄卫生保健领域获得应有地位。

俄国家杜马议员格里戈里·列德科夫说，中医使用的某些植物药材在俄境内的很多原生态地区大面积生长，这些地区可与俄罗斯中医药学会合作，在俄中两国境内开发药材加工项目，这类项目能给俄很多边远地区和中国传统医药界带来双赢。

据介绍，俄罗斯中医药学会于2015年5月开始筹划建立，是目前唯一一家在俄司法部注册并在中国驻俄使馆登记的华人中医药组织。
