吴万福，笔名静涛，男，汉族，祖籍山西洪洞县。1948年2月2日出生在新疆迪化，成长在甘肃武威凉州，大学文化，中共党员，高级政工师，北京师范大学继续教育学院毕业。《中国矿业报》原特约记者，《甘肃工人报》原特聘记者。中华人民共和国文化高级职称，国家高级美术师，国家高级书法师。国家一级美术师；一级书法师，中书协会员、中美协会员、中国书法家协会理事。2008年在金川公司二矿区党委工作部退休。系全国书画艺术委员会委员，全国书画艺术委员会副主席。中华国礼艺术家。2021年11月被国宝级艺术大师评审委员会、国礼文化官方网特聘为顾问和国宝艺术大师。吴万福入选2023年福布斯中国（艺术福布斯）十大名人。获得国际润格官方认证资质证书（通过中、英、法、德、意等国文艺部门评审）。获得中国书画产业研究基地专家组成员聘书。

  Wu Wanfu, pen name Jingtao, male, Han nationality, ancestral home in Hongdong County, Shanxi. Born on February 2, 1948 in Dihua, Xinjiang, and raised in Liangzhou, Wuwei, Gansu, he has a university culture, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a senior political worker, and graduated from the School of Continuing Education at Beijing Normal University. Former special correspondent of China Mining Daily and former special correspondent of Gansu Workers' Daily. Senior Cultural Professional Title of the People's Republic of China, National Senior Artist, and National Senior Calligrapher. National first-class artist; First class calligrapher, member of the Chinese Calligrapher's Association, member of the Chinese American Association, and director of the Chinese calligrapher's Association. Retired from the Party Committee Work Department of the Second Mining Area of Jinchuan Company in 2008. Member of the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee and Vice Chairman of the National Calligraphy and Painting Art Committee. Chinese National Rite Artist. In November 2021, he was specially appointed as a consultant and a national treasure art master by the National Treasure Art Master Evaluation Committee and the National Rite Culture Official Website. Wu Wanfu was selected as one of the top ten celebrities of Forbes China (Art Forbes) in 2023. Obtained the official certification qualification certificate of International Runge (evaluated by cultural and artistic departments in

China, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and other countries). Obtained an appointment as a member of the expert group of the China Calligraphy and Painting Industry Research Base.
