Guo Yinfeng was born in Qingyang, Gansu Province in 1949.

Honors over the years:

Guo Yinfeng's oil painting "After School" won the first prize in the 1988 National Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition.

The Chinese painting "Ode to the Yellow River" won the "International Meritorious Award", the highest prize in the Korean International Calligraphy and Painting Competition in 2002;

The traditional Chinese painting "Plum Blossom with Cold Fragrance" won the first prize of the National Traditional Chinese Painting Exhibition in 2009.

In 2011, Guo Yinfeng held a high-level art seminar for his personal calligraphy and painting exhibition at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing;
