2022年5月23日，五老心连心重庆团团部召开了第六次团委会 ，罗华党艺术总监传达总部陈太平秘书长、文艺老团长对西部团的建团方针政策及具体要求，并参观了办公基训及演出场地。

会上，罗华党艺术总监与大家亲切交流。首先，他指出艺术团工作的重要性并且表达了对艺术团工作者的肯定与感谢。之后，他强调:艺术团一要明确自己的作用，并讲好艺术故事;二是应利用文化武装自己的头脑，调动工作时的积极性，学会如何把自己融入到团队中来获得荣誉感和归属感;三是要加强团队协作能力，积极举办各类文化艺术活动，以宣传文化艺术，烘托艺术氛围。
