陈太平，中国视协星月交辉组委会秘书长，中华慈善总会五老基金办公室主任，中国五老公益工程组委会副主任兼秘书长。

陈太平是提起向中国大陆首次引进电视剧《射雕英雄传》、《万水千山总是情》、《十三妹》等的他，你一定会惊呼。的确，这就是为中国城市电视台发展做出历史性贡献的陈太平。有着极为辉煌的昨天，过着忙碌而又充实的今天，心中还在为广阔的明天做着筹划。老骥伏枥志在千里，烈士暮年壮心不已。陈太平有个心愿，就是希望通过自己多年来的文化产业经验，将我国的慈善事业做大，让慈善文化发扬光大，让慈善成为品牌人人向往！

1984年，敢想敢做的陈太平闯入了中国电视界，在武汉电视台做副总编。他大胆创新求变，联合全国100家城市电视台，形成全国城市电视台联合体。担任秘书长的他，一手抓节目的生产和引进。一手抓城市电视台的品牌和信息，让电视节目更加好看，电视台之间也逐渐形成了良性竞争。陈太平的思想非常活跃，干工作、做事业总是走在最前面。1985年他在全国首次引进了海外影片，1993年他又成立了中国第一家电视节目交易公司，他的成绩得到广电部的充分肯定，也受到全国百姓的好评。 毫不夸张的说，是陈太平将我国城市电视台的发展带入到了一个新的领域，他为推动中国电视文化产业的发展做出了巨大的贡献。

风风火火几十年的陈太平退休了，他的人生至此有了重大的转折。“退下来后，我想人还是要有所为，要有更高的精神寄托，于是决定把我一生的心血投入到慈善事业中。”想到就要努力去做，陈太平积极的投入到自己认定的慈善事业中，每天只睡4、5个小时，一有新的想法就马上起来实施，国内国外跑了不知多少圈。“我主要是根据中央35号文件的精神，通过多媒体，电视、网络、杂志、书刊、报告会、文艺演出这六种形态再现中国当代五老的精神光彩。”通过这些年的努力，耗资近千万，拍摄了156期电视节目纪录片——星月交辉，在全国百家电视台公益播出。成立星月交辉网、星月交辉书画院，与星月交辉大型电视纪录片相呼应，在社会上引起广泛关注。

In 1984, Chen Taiping, who dared to think and do, broke into China's TV industry and worked as deputy editor in chief of Wuhan TV station. He boldly innovated and sought change, and united with 100 Urban TV stations across the country to form a national urban TV consortium. As secretary general, he focused on the production and introduction of programs. On the one hand, we should grasp the brand and information of city TV stations to make TV programs more beautiful, and benign competition has gradually formed between TV stations. Chen Taiping's thought is very active, and he always takes the lead in doing work and career. In 1985, he introduced overseas films for the first time in the country. In 1993, he established China's first TV program trading company. His achievements were fully affirmed by the Ministry of radio, film and television and praised by the people all over the country. It is no exaggeration to say that Chen Taiping has brought the development of China's Urban TV stations into a new field. He has made great contributions to promoting the development of China's TV culture industry.

Chen Taiping, who has been in trouble for decades, retired, and his life has taken a major turn. "After I retired, I thought people should do something and have higher spiritual sustenance, so I decided to devote my whole life to charity." When he thought of it, he had to work hard. Chen Taiping actively devoted himself to the charity he recognized. He only slept for 4 or 5 hours a day. As soon as he had a new idea, he immediately got up and implemented it. He ran many circles at home and abroad. "I mainly reproduce the spiritual brilliance of China's contemporary five elders through six forms: multimedia, television, Internet, magazines, books, reports and literary performances in accordance with the spirit of the Central Document No. 35." Through these years of efforts, at a cost of nearly ten million yuan, 156 TV program documentaries - stars and moons, have been shot and broadcast on public welfare in 100 TV stations across the country. The establishment of Xingyue Jiaohui network and Xingyue Jiaohui painting and Calligraphy Academy echoed with Xingyue Jiaohui large-scale TV documentaries and attracted extensive attention in the society.

 从文化产业转到慈善事业，陈太平所做的慈善有些不同，他奉行大慈善、大文化的理念。陈太平认为，慈善和文化是辨证统一的，文化仅仅是手段，目的是多样的。“电视台通过文化，目的是发展电视，平面通过文化，目的是发展平面，那我们用多媒体来发展慈善就是锦上添花。没有文化搭台，慈善不能唱好戏。慈善是一个产业，恩赐是有限的，要通过产业化运作让慈善获得更多的精神财富和物质财富从而去帮助更多的人，为他们造福。”

From the cultural industry to charity, Chen Taiping's charity is somewhat different. He pursues the concept of great charity and great culture. Chen Taiping believes that charity and culture are dialectically unified. Culture is only a means and the purpose is diverse. "The purpose of TV station is to develop TV through culture, and the purpose of plane through culture is to develop plane. Then we use multimedia to develop charity is the icing on the cake. Without culture, charity can not sing a good play. Charity is an industry with limited gifts. Through industrialized operation, charity should obtain more spiritual and material wealth, so as to help more people and benefit them."

陈太平坦言自己在慈善事业上脚步有些快，使得一些人的观念和思想还没有跟得上来，因此存在一些不同的声音，但他不怕，“我的身后是千百万群众，他们是我坚实的后盾”。当然，“慈善事业还需要法律护航。”陈太平强调，“慈善不是无限度的，需要法律来监督和保护。”

“中华民族的慈善传统源远流长，乐善好施、扶贫济困、尊老爱幼、守望相助、出入相扶持、温良恭俭让、仁义礼智信，这些劳动人民的优良品德作为一种慈善文化，将在中华大地上世代传扬，历久不衰。”陈太平意味深长的说。

Chen Taiping admitted that his pace in philanthropy is a little fast, so that some people's ideas and thoughts have not kept up, so there are some different voices, but he is not afraid, "there are millions of people behind me, and they are my solid backing". Of course, "philanthropy also needs legal escort." Chen Taiping stressed that "charity is not unlimited and needs legal supervision and protection."

"The charity tradition of the Chinese nation has a long history. The fine morality of these working people, as a kind of charity culture, will be passed down from generation to generation in China and will last forever." Chen Taiping said meaningfully.
