1939年，是卢沟桥事变、中日战争全面爆发之后的第二年；3月10日，李双江出生于黑龙江省哈尔滨市。哈尔滨沦为日伪统治。哈尔滨人民进行了艰苦卓绝的斗争，先后涌现出赵尚志、杨靖宇、李兆麟、赵一曼等名垂千古的民族英雄和革命烈士。

In 1939, it was the second year after the Lugouqiao Incident and the outbreak of the Sino Japanese War; on March 10, Li Shuangjiang was born in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. Harbin was reduced to Japanese puppet rule. The people of Harbin have carried out an arduous struggle and have successively emerged famous national heroes and revolutionary martyrs such as Zhao Shangzhi, Yang Jingyu, Li Zhaolin and Zhao Yiman.
