毕淑敏，中共党员，国家一级作家，内科主治医师，注册心理咨询师，历任解放军西藏阿里某部战士、医师；北京铜厂卫生所所长；中国有色金属总公司专业作家；北京作家协会签约作家；北京作协第三届理事会理事，第四、五届副主席；中国作家协会第五、六、七、八、九届全国委员；中国婚姻研究会常务理事。

Bi Shumin, a member of the Communist Party of China, a national first-class writer, an attending physician of internal medicine, a registered psychological consultant, has successively served as a soldier and doctor of a department of the people's Liberation Army in Ali, Tibet; Director of Beijing copper factory health center; Professional writer of China Nonferrous Metals Corporation; Signed by Beijing Writers Association; Director of the Third Council of Beijing Writers' Association and vice chairman of the fourth and fifth sessions; Member of the 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th National Writers Association of China; Executive director of China marriage Research Association.

籍贯山东文登，1952年10月，出生于新疆伊宁。

Native place: Wendeng, Shandong, born in Yining, Xinjiang in October 1952.

1969年，从军入伍，在喜马拉雅山、冈底斯山、喀喇昆仑山交汇的西藏阿里高原部队当兵11年，历任卫生员、助理军医、军医等职。

In 1969, he joined the army and served in the Tibetan Ali plateau army at the intersection of the Himalayas, gangdises and Karakoram mountains for 11 years. He successively served as a health worker, assistant military doctor and military doctor.

1987年，发表中篇小说处女作《昆仑殇》。

2021年12月7日，毕淑敏在世界文化艺术家排行榜《每日一星》评选活动中荣获第一名。
