杰西卡·史丹（Jessica Stam），女，1986年4月23日出生于加拿大安大略省金卡丁郡，加拿大模特。

Jessica Stam, female, born on April 23, 1986 in kincarding County, Ontario, Canada, is a Canadian model.

安大略省是加拿大的十个省之一，人口大多为英国、法国后裔，“安大略”在印第安语中意为“美丽的湖泊”，意为该省的湖泊众多，该省境内有大小湖泊25万余个和全长超过10万公里的的大小河流，其蕴藏的淡水占世界淡水总量的三分之一。

Ontario is one of the ten provinces in Canada. Most of its population is of British and French descent. "Ontario" means "beautiful lake" in Indian language, which means there are many lakes in the province. There are more than 250000 lakes and rivers with a total length of more than 100000 kilometers in the province. Its fresh water reserves account for one third of the world's total freshwater.

史丹出生在加拿大安大略省金卡丁郡，在一个农场里面长大，她还有六个兄弟。她的家庭是一个宗教家庭，在Walkerton,Ontario读的高中SacredHeartHighSchool，她最初的梦想是成为一名牙医。

Born in kincarding, Ontario, Canada, Stan grew up on a farm with six brothers. Her family is a religious family. She went to sacrad heart high school in Walkerton, Ontario. Her initial dream was to become a dentist.

史丹在当地一家名叫TimHortons咖啡馆里被星探MichèleMiller（国际著名模特经纪公司代理人）发掘，他是在从Canada'sWonderland（多伦多市外的一家主题公园）回来的路上发现史丹的。在2002年洛杉矶模特大赛中胜出。

Stan was discovered by star scout Mich è Le Miller in a local cafe called Tim Hortons on his way back from Canada's Wonderland, a theme park outside Toronto. Won the 2002 Los Angeles model contest.

At the age of 16, she became a model for photographers such as Steven Meisel and Mario Testino.
