世界文联自【2020.6.17】起连续发布《世界文化艺术家排行榜》获奖公告，此次公告内容为2021年10月份【每日一星】、周冠军、月冠军及前30名艺术家。【世界艺术家排行榜】按照世界文联官网整个10月份网友投票数排名，产生以月冠军为代表的前30位艺术家，现予以公布。

通过榜单我们可以看出整个8月份艺术家的艺术造诣、发展潜力、市场认可度、社会关注度等方面的状况，姜莉莉 （Jiang Lili）获得了第1名，葛优（Ge you）获得了第2名，第3名是周存华（Zhou  Cunhua）。和以上三位德艺双馨的优秀艺术家一样，还有来自不同文化艺术领域的27位成员也上了榜！
