踏雪组诗  途经我的家乡

水舞茶韵

100度的泉水在杯子里

茶叶浸泡后   叶片舞蹈翩翩  

起舞弄清影   恰逢在人间

香气四溢   茶汤喝下去全身都很舒坦

能在水里跳舞的  除了茶叶

没有哪种叶片 或是哪种动物

跳得那么开心   忘记了世俗的烦恼

一芽一叶   一芽两叶  或是更多叶

在100度的泉水里舞蹈

那么的自由自在

Water dance tea rhyme

3200多年的茶尊  见证着深厚的文化

一天不喝茶   好像失去啥子

内心空荡荡的   感觉不实在

茶叶在杯子里舞蹈翩翩  上下沉浮

香气四溢  全身感官很舒服

爱喝茶的人  品位一般不低

看着满山遍野的绿意

土陶腌菜

好久没有吃到老家的土陶腌菜

那是儿时妈妈的味道

用土陶泡菜坛泡出的泡菜

香气袭人   清脆甘爽

且水质经年不坏  时间越长越是香浓

这就是我们常说的水腌菜

拌上佐料   那真是美味

土陶作坊摆放着罐  盆  缸等

各种样式的土陶胚   用手中转动的泥巴

从备料 搅泥  过滤   揉泥

制坯   晾坯   打磨  上釉

再到入窑烧制  每个工序   经历火的考验  

从慢火加热到一千四百多度

轮流守着窑火  最后出炉

这其中的艰辛历程有谁经历过

传统手工制作出的土陶耐高温

储藏粮食保持长久不霉变

盛放酒醋更醇香   

浸泡出的泡菜更原汁原味

盛装的水更清冽

每次看到土陶   就想起妈妈用土陶腌菜

那种味道是儿时的记忆

如今上班多年   已经好久没有吃到

四川出现过最大的泡菜坛

一次可装下一千六百多公斤的泡菜

喀什制陶历史也很悠久

伏里土陶更是别具一格

土陶历史已经有七千三百多年的历史

先有土陶  再有酒  才有了酒文化

还有茶文化  文化是由人民创造出来的呀

土陶成为一种非物质文化遗产

一种文化瑰宝   一种技艺传承下来

儿时妈妈就用土陶腌菜  装过粮食

装过茶叶  盛过茶水  盛过所有的爱

现在我工作二十多年   自己去买水腌菜

没有了妈妈的记忆  但还是爱吃

以前很熟  现在变得陌生

远离家乡  出去谋生  

忘记家乡  是多么可怕的事

眼前的风景如此美丽   没有引起注意

而我还在想着如何谋生

远离家乡  是多么可怕  又不得不远离

每个人有每个人的生存方式

远离家乡   不可怕

可怕的是   不去记忆家乡的每个地方

那里曾经有多少快乐又幸福的回忆

回忆起来又如此痛苦  儿时的痕迹不在

父母在   记忆就在   最起码能把自己记起

七岁以前的时光

我是农民的子女   自然离不开脚下的土地

身上的泥土气息   不会一下子消失

脚下有泥巴   手上有招   到那里都可以

有饭吃   实在一些才好

途经我的家乡  又再一次提醒自己

可以离开家乡  却离不开脚下的土地

离开家乡很多年  街上遇到熟悉的人

不要忘记打个热情的招呼   哪怕只是

一个眼神   礼貌待人接物真的很重要

哪怕问候一下   这些年过得如何

开心才重要   其他都是浮云

家乡的一草一木   变得陌生

远离家乡很多年   只能祝福

有时在梦里回到   曾经时光

记忆如此美丽啊  记得拾起

哪怕只是一瞬间的开心事
