一天黄昏时分，娘子为惦记久战沙场杀敌的夫君愁肠百结，思念心切，来到千年古刹寺庙虔诚感恩，寄上一炷謦香默默祈祷，渴求菩萨保佑夫君平安凯旋归来，可是夫君还是为国捐躯战死沙场，挥泪如雨的娘子悲痛欲绝。冰雪易消融，但她们之间的情缘始终无法割舍，正是因为夫君生平才气过人，武艺超越，英勇不屈，清正廉洁，正直慷慨，才使娘子难以化解对夫君的思念，夫君幽灵般的若隐若现地伴随在娘子身影左右，而娘子却在日日夜夜追忆相守与夫君在一起美好快乐的时光，时刻盼望千里之魂的夫君回归人间团聚，在奇妙的梦幻中飘然而至。
