2021年5月18日，俪质影视城市合作发展发布会在北京顺义热烈召开。著名电影表演艺术家袁苑先生、京剧名家刘金泉先生、资深影视制片人王徽先生以及雪石、唐文、范永杰、穆欣、司明扬、胡红诚、李济邺、张捷、秦培崇、逯全忠、宋珺、朱胜楠、韩弦君、贾月亮、冷冰、曹译文、朋飞、郭晨、李雅彬、刘英、陈延玲、祖国栋、周印、郭双虎等近百名影视文化界名人、企业家共同参与和见证了发布会。中共早期革命家、中华著名烈士赵宝成和石澹峰之子，经历过解放战争和抗美援朝战争的老革命，中国红色书法家，92岁高龄的石毅先生到会祝贺，并向会议赠送《红都管家赵宝成》和亲题墨宝。

Zhao Baocheng, a revolutionary of the early stage of the Communist Party of China, zhaobaocheng, and the son of shidanfeng, a famous Chinese martyr, experienced the old revolution of the war of liberation and the war of anti American aid to the DPRK. The red calligrapher of China, Mr. Shi Yi, 92, attended the meeting to congratulate him. He also presented zhaobaocheng, the butler of Hongdu, and his family Title Mo Bao Bao.

发布会上，河北省石家庄市合作机构、辽宁省大连市合作机构、内蒙古自治区鄂尔多斯市合作机构、分别与北京俪质影视文化科技有限责任公司签定了紧密型城市合伙人合作协议。北京宝峰毅文化传媒有限公司、北京华越世纪影视文化有限公司分别与北京俪质影视文化科技有限责任公司签定了《吃水不忘挖井人》、《7小时营救》两部影片的联合出品合作协议。

At the conference, Shijiazhuang cooperation institutions of Hebei Province, Dalian cooperation institutions of Liaoning Province, Ordos cooperation institutions of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Beijing liqualitative film and Television Culture Technology Co., Ltd. signed close cooperation agreements for urban partners.
