杜德伟（Alex To），华语流行乐男歌手、音乐人、演员。

Alex to, male singer, musician and actor of Chinese pop music.

1962年2月10日出生于香港，拥有中国、西班牙和菲律宾血统，毕业于多伦多科技学院商业设计科。

Born in Hong Kong on February 10, 1962, with Chinese, Spanish and Philippine blood, he graduated from the business design department of Toronto Institute of technology.

1969年，杜德伟进入香港圣保罗书院St. Paul's College接受教育，并在此学习直至高中毕业。1977年，高中一年级的杜德伟与同学组建了 Sidewalk 乐队，杜德伟担任主唱和主音吉他。

In 1969, Du Dewei entered St. Paul's College of St. Paul's College in Hong Kong and studied here until he graduated from high school. In 1977, Du Dewei, a freshman in senior high school, formed sidewalk band with his classmates. Du Dewei acted as lead singer and lead guitar.

1985年，从加拿大留学归来，参加香港第四届新秀歌唱比赛 ，一举夺魁，随后进入演艺圈，签约华星唱片。

In 1985, he returned from studying in Canada and took part in the fourth Hong Kong rookie singing competition. He won the first prize in one fell swoop. Then he entered the performing arts circle and signed a contract with Huaxing records.

1987年，从第一张专辑《只想留下》开始，他就在挑战当时保守的乐坛。

In 1987, from his first album "just want to stay", he was challenging the conservative music world at that time.

1990年，赴台湾寻求更多发展，发行多张普通话专辑，演唱了《钟爱一生》、《天真》、《无心伤害》、《不走》、《情人》等多首代表名曲，亦推出包括《信自己》、《拯救地球》在内的多首舞曲。

In 1990, he went to Taiwan to seek more development. He released a number of mandarin albums. He sang many famous songs, such as "love life", "innocence", "unintentional hurt", "don't go", "lover", and also released many dance music, including "believe in yourself" and "save the earth".

2003年，主演台湾热播剧《第8号当铺》。

In 2003, he starred in Taiwan's hit drama pawnshop No. 8.

2004年，发行专辑《脱掉》后，逐渐淡出乐坛。

2012年11月11日与李晓冰举行婚礼。

2013年8月推出普通话专辑《好样》。

2019年5月9日，在北京召开《起来》新专辑发布会；12月24日，在北京工人体育馆开启“起来”世界巡回演唱会首站。

2021年5月10日，在世界文化艺术家排行榜《每日一星》评选活动中荣获第一名。
