我们一直以来高度重视乘客隐私信息的保护工作，在近日收到网友反馈发现有自称安检人员的网民散播安检工作中拍下的照片后，我们立即展开调查。

由于获取的有效信息比较有限，调查难度较大，经全方位逐一排查，刚刚锁定涉事人员为地铁广佛线澜石站丁姓安检员。
