为进一步壮大亚洲流行音乐发展力量，弘扬亚洲音乐文化，为了更好的促进推动全亚洲流行音乐的有利发展，为全亚洲流行音乐人、音乐家提供专业化服务，亚洲流行音乐家协会决定在原有会员基础上，集中发展一批新会员。经亚洲文联组织同意，拟将在亚洲流行音乐家协会下设器乐专业委员会、声乐专业委员会、音乐创作专业委员会、流行演唱专业委员会等。为做好此次协会机构改革，经亚洲文联组织和亚洲流行音乐家协会筹委会研究决定，将发展首批新会员。

一、协会简介

亚洲流行音乐家协会成立于2019年5月，注册于香港由中国共产党领导的、亚洲以及全国各民族专业优秀的知名流行音乐家组成的国际性非牟利专业性音乐团体。接受国际亚洲文联、中共中央宣传部、文化部的监督管理。成立此协会的目的，是为了更好的协助亚洲各地音乐家的相互交流和学习，促进亚洲各地区音乐事业的蓬勃发展。是使亚洲社会主义音乐事业繁荣发展的重要力量。每年定期于香港，中国大陆、韩国、日本、新加坡、台湾、马来西亚等地举办各种演出、大师班、论坛、讲座、音乐赛事等活动，将国际音乐大师及最新的业内动态带给会员。同时我们也积极致力于挖掘与培养亚洲各地杰出青少年音乐人才。通过比赛、演出等形式，协助他们的成长，为本地区的音乐发展贡献自己的行业力量。

Founded in may2019, the Asian Association of pop musicians is registered in Hong Kong, an international non profit-making professional music group composed of well-known pop musicians led by the Communist Party of China, and excellent professionals from all nationalities in Asia and across the country. To accept the supervision and management of the International Association of Asian culture, the Propaganda Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of culture. The purpose of the association is to better assist musicians in the exchange and learning of musicians in all parts of Asia and promote the vigorous development of music in various regions of Asia. It is an important force to make the socialist music cause prosperous and developing in Asia. Every year, we perform regular performances, masters classes, forums, lectures, and music events in Hongkong, Chinese mainland, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia. At the same time, we are also actively committed to the exploration and training of outstanding young people in Asia. Assist them in their growth through competitions and performances, and contribute their own industry strength to the music development in the region.

二、入会条件

2、 Conditions for entry into the meeting

根据亚洲流行音乐家协会第一次代表大会通过的《亚洲流行音乐家协会章程》的有关条款，并参照亚洲音协发展会员的相关细则，现制定以下标准，供申请新会员时作参照。

总 则

General

凡申请加入亚洲流行音乐家协会的人员，须具有亚洲、中华人民共和国公民身份，赞成本会章程，具有较高的文化素养，在全亚洲工作和生活的，对亚洲各地区音乐建设能够发挥一定作用的音乐家、音乐工作者及相关人员。

All the personnel applying for joining the Asian pop musicians association shall have the citizenship of Asia and the people's Republic of China, the constitution of the association of the association of praise for costs, and have a high cultural literacy. Those who work and live in Asia shall play a certain role in the music construction in various regions of Asia.

会员标准细则

Member standard rules

符合下列条件之一者，可申请入会

If one of the following conditions is met, you may apply for admission

（一）、音乐创作、理论和表演领域

（1） Music creation, theory and performance

1、在省市级以上举办的重大专业性比赛前三名获得者（包括国际专业比赛获奖者、国家级专业比赛三等奖以上获得者）。

1. The top three winners of major professional competitions held at or above provincial and municipal level (including winners of international professional competitions and those above the third prize of national professional competitions).

2、词、曲创作具有一定水准，在省市级以上的专业刊物上发表过多首作品，并有一定的影响者。

2. The creation of Ci and Qu has a certain level, and has published too many works in professional journals at or above the provincial and municipal level, and has certain influence.

3、在省市级以上的专业出版社出版过理论专著，多次在省市级报刊、杂志发表过有价值、有影响的学术论文、评论文章，并有一定影响者。

4、在本市专业文艺团体中担任主要业务骨干者；或由省市级以上单位主办的个人作品音乐会并得到好评者（附评论）。

6、有相关专业本科毕业五年以上或中级以上职称，并在本市相关专业领域内有一定影响力的音乐专业人员。

（二）、音乐教育与群众音乐工作和编辑出版领域

1、在专业艺术院校、相关教育机构从事音乐教育工作，具有相关专业本科毕业五年以上或中级以上职称，且在教学上有显著贡献，具有代表性的音乐教师。

4、拥护《亚洲流行音乐家协会章程》，遵守协会规则，愿意履行会员义务，正当行使会员权利；

5、在亚洲音乐界有一定地位和影响，愿意为亚洲流行音乐事业发展贡献力量；

6、依法在全亚洲从事流行音乐行业有关的科研、教育、服务等活动的单位和个人；

三、入会程序

3、 Procedure for joining the meeting

1.凡有意加入亚洲流行音乐家协会的单位及个人，请仔细阅读协会章程，了解协会的基本情况及会员权利与义务，并填写会员申请表；

1、组织会员深入生活，开展创作活动，繁荣流行音乐创作，搜集、整理、研究我会民族、民间的流行音乐文化遗产，并做好传承运用，不断提高全亚洲音乐作品的思想性和艺术水平。

报 名 资 格

Qualification

1、拥护党的领导，忠实践行社会主义核心价值观，具有良好的职业精神和职业道德，政治思想过硬，德艺双馨。

1. We should uphold the leadership of the party and faithfully implement the core socialist values, have good professional spirit and professional ethics, excellent political thought and good morality and good morality.

2、专业技能突出；经常活跃于我会音乐领域或在本专业领域内成绩突出的；获得县级以上各类音乐、舞蹈类比赛荣誉。

注 意 事 项

matters needing attention

1、本协会入会基本原则：入会自愿，退会自由。

1. The basic principles of the association: voluntary admission and free withdrawal.

2、报名者须认真、准确填写会员报名表，字迹工整，页面干净，所填信息务必真实。

2. Applicants must fill in the registration form carefully and accurately, with neat handwriting and clean pages. The information filled in must be true.

3、“个人意见”一栏必须参照模板内容手工抄写，并由本人签名。

3. The column of "personal opinion" must be copied manually by referring to the template content and signed by myself.

4、“单位意见”栏须加盖单位公章。

5、本协会会费50元/人年，本次缴纳会费每人一次性缴纳五年的会费，递交报名表时须缴纳会费，并提供近期2寸电子版标准照（照片必须和登记表照片一致，并发送到指定邮箱，）。

5. The membership fee of the association is 50 yuan / person year. Each person who pays the dues will pay the dues for five years at a time. When submitting the application form, the membership fee shall be paid, and the recent 2-inch electronic standard photo shall be provided (the photos must be consistent with the photos of the registration form and sent to the designated mailbox).

6、会费主要用于会员证、通讯录和协会活动等开支，五年之内要求退会的会员，会费不予退回。

6. The membership fee is mainly used for the expenses of membership card, address book and association activities. If the member who requests to return the membership fee within five years, the membership fee will not be returned.

7、报名表填好后交亚洲流行音乐家协会第一届筹备组秘书处，经主席团审核通过后方可加入本协会。
