2021年清明节假期即将来临，文化和旅游部向广大游客发出提示，文明踏青，理性参团，自觉抵制不合理低价游。

With the coming of the Tomb Sweeping Day holiday in 2021, the Ministry of culture and tourism has issued a reminder to the vast number of tourists to have a civilized outing, rationally participate in the group and consciously resist unreasonable low price travel.

一、疫情防控不放松。提前了解旅游目的地疫情防控规定，遵守景区“预约”“错峰”“限流”措施，遵守旅游活动中的疫情防护要求、安全警示和文明旅游规定，服从工作人员引导、劝诫。

1、 Prevention and control of the epidemic is not relaxed. Understand the epidemic prevention and control regulations of tourism destinations in advance, abide by the "appointment", "peak shifting" and "flow restriction" measures of scenic spots, abide by the epidemic prevention requirements, safety warnings and civilized tourism regulations in tourism activities, and obey the guidance and admonition of staff.

二、餐饮浪费要制止。在旅途中就餐，要按需取餐，按需点餐，文明就餐，拒食野味，积极践行“光盘行动”，杜绝“舌尖上的浪费”。

2、 Waste of food and beverage should be stopped. When dining on the journey, we should take meals on demand, order meals on demand, eat in a civilized way, refuse to eat game, actively practice "CD-ROM action" and put an end to "waste on the tip of the tongue".

三、生态环境需呵护。爱护自然环境，文明踏青观景，不乱扔垃圾，不采摘攀折花木、踩踏碾压草地、随意投喂动物，用文明守护春色。

3、 The ecological environment needs to be protected. Take good care of the natural environment, have a civilized outing, do not litter, do not pick flowers and trees, trample on the grass, feed animals at will, and protect the spring with civilization.

四、公序良俗要遵守。树立文明意识，遵守公共秩序，维护环境卫生，保护文物古迹，爱惜公共设施，尊重他人权利。举止得体，文明有礼，展现新时代中国游客的良好精神风貌。

4、 Public order and good customs should be observed. We should establish a sense of civilization, abide by public order, maintain environmental sanitation, protect cultural relics, cherish public facilities and respect the rights of others. Behave appropriately, be civilized and polite, and show the good spirit of Chinese tourists in the new era.

五、自觉抵制不合理低价游。参团旅游要选择具有合法经营资质的旅行社，签订旅游合同。切勿轻信免费旅游、购物（会员）送旅游等宣传广告，切勿参加微信群、户外俱乐部等非旅行社组织的团队旅游活动。要根据旅游产品的品质和服务质量合理预估团费，避免掉入“不合理低价游”陷阱。一旦发现旅游团擅自改变行程、强迫消费等行为，要注意保留证据，依法理性维权。

5、 Consciously resist unreasonable low price travel. To participate in group tour, travel agencies with legal business qualifications should be selected and tourism contracts should be signed. Do not trust free travel, shopping (member) to send travel and other advertising, do not participate in wechat group, outdoor club and other non Travel Agency organized team tourism activities. We should reasonably estimate the tour fee according to the quality of tourism products and services to avoid falling into the trap of "unreasonable low price tour". Once it is found that tour groups change their itinerary and force consumption without authorization, they should pay attention to retaining evidence and protect their rights rationally according to law.
