1985年9月25日出生于澳大利亚悉尼，母亲出生在中国香港，成长于新加坡，她的父亲则来自葡萄牙，也在法国巴黎居生活过一段时间。20世纪70年代，她移民到了澳大利亚 。

Born in Sydney, Australia on September 25, 1985, her mother was born in Hong Kong, China and grew up in Singapore. Her father came from Portugal and lived in Paris, France for some time. In the 1970s, she immigrated to Australia.

生活中的杰西卡兴趣广泛，她喜欢室内设计、瑜伽、跳舞、绘画、体操、打网球、壁球、冲浪、游泳和拳击。

Jessica has a wide range of interests in her life. She likes interior design, yoga, dancing, painting, gymnastics, tennis, squash, surfing, swimming and boxing.

2007年，参演个人首部电视剧《超市特工第一季》。

In 2017, he co starred with Bruce Willis, John Goodman and others in the action movie "putting on the show again"; in the same year, he took part in the comedy "father image" directed by Lawrence Schell.

2021年2月13日，杰西卡在世界文化艺术家排行榜《每日一星》评选活动中荣获第一名。

On February 13, 2021, Jessica won the first prize in the selection of "star of the day" in the world list of cultural artists.
